Dr. Burcham had tough news to share. I felt like she was so gentle and kind when sharing the news. Will definitely be back for our fur babies!

I asked a staff member why you do not sell Bravecto for fleas, and she was very rude. She said Did you just ask me why not? When I said yes, she said she didn t know and offered no help. I almost quit your practice because of this.

Dr. Runnels and the entire staff at Mariposa are always absolutely wonderful.

I didn’t answer the first question because you didn’t have any openings, but then STAR called me back to say she found an opening with Erin. I feel this was above and beyond what most schedulers would do.

Dr. Carrier is a miracle worker! We brought our 9.5 years old dane thinking we might be saying goodbuy as he had neck pains to where he would scream and was hurting when walking. Dr. Carrier examined the flexability of his legs, knees, paws, head and neck; gave him a temporary pain pill and recommended laser tratments. Our boy is now back to being happy and pain free! My review however, wouldnt be complete if I do not thank Shannon who did McKinney’s laser treatments. She is sooo good and patient with the animals who feel her love! Thank you Dr. Carrier and thank you Shannon!!!

When I scheduled and had questions on bloodwork the lady seemed very confused and didn’t know any info on the panels or prices. She also was confused on what to put down that we were coming in for. This was the first time we have had this issue. I figured maybe she was new or just needed more training.

We love all the staff! They are so helpful, kind, and love on our pets like they are their own!
