My visit was a very good experience. Everyone is so nice and they actually listen to my problems. Dr. Runnels really takes the time to find solutions to any problems. And she is very accessible. Your clinic is like a family and we are treated like people not a number. As a side note- I just want to thank you again when my dog had cancer. Even though my dog is gone now, she lived way longer than we expected and had quality of life. I know it was because of the care given by Dr. Runnels and your staff.

Did feel like I was a bit rushed through aptmt. and also felt like I was being reprimanded. Really hard to tell through mask. The aptmt wasn t all that positive unfortunately. I did not feel supported. I thought this was a holistic vet?

Staff was amazing and very caring from the person who answered the phone, to the techs and both vets who ended up working together on our case. Every time we have to go to Mariposa our dog is so happy and excited. Animals don t lie about their experiences, which tells us how he is so well taken care of. I know it takes extra time for all the kind touches, such as the paw prints when a pet passes, the locks of hair in a glass memory tube, and the holiday bandannas, but it makes the process so much less stressful and enjoyable knowing that everyone cares about our pets as much as we do. We also really appreciate the prompt follow-up phone calls on lab work, etc. With such a busy practice I m sure it doesn t seem like it may be the most important things on your list of priorities but when someone is anxiously waiting for a response it can certainly help allay fears. It s called customer service and your practice should be an example for all practices-human as well as animal!

Rudy like place with cookie lady and big kitty head. Rudy like to see his friends. Sometimes cookie lady talk to other dogs and Rudy don’t like that. But beef cookies are good. Beef cookies make things better.

Libby had a dental and everything was ready to go when I dropped her off-and staff and Dr Runnels communicated after the procedure and when I came to pick her up. I felt confident she was in good hands.

Dr. Runnels is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Without her expertise with foods and Chinese herbs, our dog, Sadee, probably wouldn t be around today, celebrating her 17th year of life!

The best experience I have ever had with a vet. My dog is was diagnosed with lymphoma at a previous vet, but came here to see what options were available. I walked in sad and terrified and left feeling supported and hopeful. I can’t thank you enough!

Dr. Burcham was excellent! It was our first visit and she was so patient and careful with my semi-feral dog. I ve heard nothing but good things about her and now I can keep sharing that with clients and friends!

I would definitely recommend Mariposa to cat owners. I have seen two vet Dr. Dodson and Dr Runnels. Both took time to evaluate each of my pets situations and give me a plan to help my kitties feel better.

To book my dog s annual exam, I had to book 2 or 3 months out. It concerns me slightly, that if I needed to have my dog be seen on a sooner basis, it would be very difficult to get in. Othwerise, I have had a very positive experience with Mariposa.
