I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and I trust my pets completely with your staff. Recently I’ve been terribly disappointed with how the reception staff manages communication. I called at the end of January to require about a procedure and was hotly told I really shouldn’t even be inquiring about that kind of appointment since it was too late (it wasn’t). Two more conversations relevant to payment were dismissive even though I had all relevant information at my disposal. I’m not looking to point fingers, I’d just like some additional coaching regarding customer relations for the front desk.

I respect and appreciate every single person in front and in the back for doing all that you do. I feel that my fur-babies are in great care when I visit your practice. Thank you all!

Robin was exceptional while working with me for an appointment. I had to make changes due to illness and she went above and beyond to work me in for my cat, Matisse.

Please let the mask requirement go. As doctors you know what masks do. I waited in car because I don’t wear masks. You believe in natural immunity which I love titer tests. This is animal veterinarian. Surprisised you didn’t make my dog wear a mask. On another note. I love dr carrier.

Dr Burcham did a wonderful job getting Earl over his bottom problems, and I appreciate you seeing him on the short notice. My only gentle improvement issue is I would rather see the detail of my bill in a hard copy before I am giving out my credit card number. Otherwise, very pleased.

We were very impressed by the care and attention to detail our pet bunny received. I would recommend this practice again and again. My daughter felt included in the conversations about care for her bunny and even our bunny seemed very happy and calm during the visit. We give this visit 10-stars!
