They did a great job working Lucy in for an urgent care visit. Shannon went above and beyond to take Lucy home so I could pick her up after hours. I know it truly helped that Lucy was home that night.

We would have been more comfortable if our technician had been wearing a mask and exuded a warmer demeanor.

Dr. Burchum is hands down the most caring,gentle vet our piggies has ever gone to! We love them!

The wait time to see the doctor was long but that’s to be expected with a specialist the price is high but again that’s to be expected with a specialist the knowledge was very good the people were very polite and kind and knowledgeable they even help me get my other dog Nikki and to see someone that has a specialist in her disease of Cushing’s which I greatly appreciated

We did not get into the center I really would prefer getting back to normal. It is sad we cannot bring our pet into see their vet and have a face to face meeting and discussion. I cannot think of any other facilities that remain so restricted Please consider lifting your restrictions.

The appointment was easy to make since it was made 6 months in advance. Otherwise, my experience is the exact opposite. Maybe you could reserve a 30 minute time daily for each doctor to have availability. Would that put too big a dent in your financials? I’m curious about why my dog and I have to wait in the car for an escort. Even medical doctors and dentists allow you to walk in. Maybe it’s your version of crowd control but an explanation would be appreciated. I miss Dr. Lu but Dr. Carrier is fine.
