Our dog passed away in February 2026 and when we called after adopting a new dog, Dr. Burcham and her staff were so welcoming. We felt like we were back with old friends. Our new dog s visit with Dr. Burcham was as wonderful as it always had been with our dog that had passed. Our new dog had no fear about being at the vet s office. We love them.

My husband was having a CT scan in Olathe at the time of Gracie s visit, so my husband s caregiver took Gracie in to you. She had only glowing things to say about you and your system. Gracie is getting along beautifully. I just cannot give you personal observations because I was not the person who took her to you. But, Gracie seems healthy, happy, and non the worse for wear!

Dr. Runnels is an exceptional doctor and I have a lot of trust in her. She does what is best for her patients. The tech vet Erin was so gentle with my dog and so nice to talk to. Thank you Dr. Runnels for being there.??
