Dr. Erin Runnels is a great veterinarianwho is very knowledgeable. I am so thankful for her.

A week later and I am still waiting for test results. Despite paying extra money to be seen as an Urgent visit. Disappointing to say the least, I have called the clinic twice and still have been told anything. Hope this delay causes no adverse affect to my pet.

I love the drop off appointment option. It makes getting my guinea pigs in so easy. The staff is genuine and friendly.

Always appreciate the time and attention Dr Runnels and your team take with our cats. I always feel like they get the care needed.

Having to wait in your car in 100 plus heat is less than ideal.

My dog s visit was amazing. He has a lot of anxiety around vet visits, and the doctor and staff were supportive and kind. It could not have been better.

I wanted to add how fantastic the vet tech (I am am sorry I can’t remember her name) and Dr Runnels (always great) were with my shy Lena. She was thrown on the side of the road and left in the middle of nowhere as a puppy so she is very unsure of new people. They both were absolutely amazing with her and Lena even gave the vet tech a kiss. The patience they showed her set Lena up for success. Thank you for all of your kindness and patience at this visit, and to Dr Runnels for all the years I have brought my past pets to her.

Issue with being given wrong dosage of meds for our small cat. Dosage was for much larger 15+lb cat. Fortunately I noticed this before giving to cat.

We RUFF Mariposa! ??

The receptionists I spoke to were all amazing and considerate. My doctor was upfront, honest, and so helpful. I felt listened to by everyone I spoke with; Oatmeal and I were cared for tremendously. I always love coming here, and I recommend Mariposa to all pet parents I know, regardless of the type of pet they own.

Everyone is very friendly & helpful. It s a very good feeling when you come to Mariposa for your appointments.

I truly appreciate your office making a same-day appointment to give Millie a Cytopoint shot. Her agitation had been escalating. She seems much more comfortable now.

The experience overall was excellent. Very happy with Dr. Burcham and staff. It s clear that everybody works hard to make this a top notch facility.

while time was taken, I am not sure my questions were answered. For example, this was our first visit, this was my dogs wellness visit, I am not sure if my dog needs a rabies or bordetella shot. I will be calling

cytopoint injection - quicker scheduling than normal and fast injection. would appreciate if even the tech appts for quick injections came with a text reminder.

It would be helpful to know if another dog is going to be brought in when I am standing there with my dog on the way out. I wasn t expecting another dog to be brought right past mine, and apparently the owner of that other dog thought it was okay to let his dog walk right up to mine, face to face. My expectation (maybe incorrectly) was that animals would be always kept away from each other to reduce animals stress levels. Next time at least a warning would have been helpful!

Dr. Bircham & Natalie are an excellent team. Their care of Inca is always top tier. The Front Office staff are also great.
