Greetings extended to my pet and myself as we checked in. Wait time was about as expected. Vet Technician came in greeted us and asked what was my reason for bringing in my pet. Explained my concerns and it was entered into computer. Dr. Mercer came in listened to my concerns. Gave my pet a good check up and addressed my concern with a new script to help my pet . Staff are always smiling with a positive attitude.

I just wish that the office would have seen my email from December 1, 2019, because maybe we would have received an appointment earlier. I understand that this clinic is very very busy. Thank you I know that our dogs are well cared for here at this clinic

I truly appreciate how well the whole staff treats our fur baby Gizmo. He is such a sensitive and nervous little guy but everyone always is so sweet and gentle with him. Thank you so much for all you guys do!!

We get suggestions about care and grooming beyond the “Professional” visit..you know what I mean...dog lover to dog lover... now we are done with shots and surgery and rabies and a license we shall miss coming! Will have to just come by now and then ??

I have always been very comfortable coming to the clinic. It is always clean the staff friendly and helpful. They do enjoy the care of both the animals and their families. I enjoy meeting Dr Jeremy. He is young and fresh and passionate about sharing his knowledge for the animals.

Dr Mercer and his staff are wonderful! I am confident they will take good care of my Teddy at his upcoming surgery.

Everyone is always so loving and kind to Bo. Everyone is very friendly, extremely patient and helpful with my numerous questions. We’ve had many dogs over the years but this is our first puppy.I feel like a new Mom with a baby all over again! Lol! They have an exceptional staff! Thankful they could work us in where there was a cancelation today! ??
