I waited 55 minutes in the little office before the vet came in. I was getting ready to walk out.

We are new patients and we are very happy about how we and our dog were treated.

Your pet grooming is priced higher than any other facility in this area.

The appointment was at 11:45am and the doctor came in 40 minutes later. It is difficult to keep a very active dog occupied for that long. Wish we were told there was a problem and we needed to wait for a while or given an option to talk a walk outside for a period of time. This was the first time we ever had a long waiting period. Love ALL of the staff. It shows that everyone loves their job.

The staff here is amazing. My father in laws dog was sick and didnt seem to be improving. I called and BonnieJoe was able to squeeze us in that day. I am blown away by how caring and nice everyone is.

Its nice to know that our two dogs are cared for when they have medical issues!!! Thank you again! Dr. Mercer is so nice and knowledgeable, and the Techs are great!

I would like to share that i was not happy that my appt was re schedule 2 times finally 3rd was a charm my 2 dogs where groom

Everyone was extremely helpful and I really appreciated their help.

We dropped our dog off for an ultrasound at 8:30am and the vet doing the ultrasound did not show up until after 3:30 and we were called to pick our dog up at 4:30pm. An unacceptable delay. Richard Shore

Everything was handled very well. Wait time was very reasonable. My doggie stayed calm as she was handled in a very gentle professional way. That meant a lot to me.

I was very satisfied with the staff and the cleanliness of this place I was really surprised at how nice everyone was I don t think Charlie realize that he was seeing a doctor that s how good they weren t they were to him the staff was very helpful and friendly and the doctor was very knowledged in everything that he talked to me about was Charlie the only thing I would suggest would be to put some more Lighting in your parking lot it was dark outside when I left and did not see the cement Tire stopper in the handicapped parking space I tripped over it and my face first under the ground fracturing my arm as I went down thank goodness the paramedics and ambulance people were already there on an unrelated incident and took care of me by taking me to the hospital

Very friendly and caring environment

The staff is great as usual. This was the first time I met Dr Mercer and I am always apprehensive when changing veterinarians. But I am happy to say I feel good about Dr Mercer and happy to say he is our new veterinarian.
