They took R.J. back to the offices to give him his Rabies shot and we did not see him for over a half hour. Usually my dogs are in and then out pretty fast.

This was my first visit for my adopted shelter dog. I have never been to your facility as I live in Beaumont and though you are still fairly close, I do use a vet a little closer to home. I would have loved to go inside and meet the front desk and get a feel for the facility. Maybe in the future. Carol, Crickets mom.

They were unable to clip my dog s nails..but wish they could have given me a flyer or spoke to me about what I could have done .you know my options..he was anxious.so the job did not get done..

When I arrived for my appointment on time, I promptly texted the number on the door. I sat in my car with no response for an hour. So I decided to call the front desk and received no answer just a recording saying I could text or email my concerns. So I texted a different number. I finally got a response back and said they would help me and check me in. The visit took approximately an hour and 45 minutes for a simple vaccine. It’s a shame that you’re using the coronavirus as an excuse for poor customer service. I am going to look for another vet. I will not be returning.

The groomer, Elizabeth did a wonderful job grooming our dog. She is always so attentive to our needs. Elizabeth even put a kerchief on our that was green with shamrocks on it for St. Patrick s Day!

So far it s all been great, I had a bad experience in one vet office and staff in Riverside and I hope I never experience anything like that ever. I haven t met the doctor, but he listens and explains all about my pet s needs and my pet did a speedy recovery. Thank you all.
