always liked this place ...

At first I was a little nervous because I had not yet seen Dr. Mercer and didn t know what to expect, but, after meeting him, I wasn t nervous anymore. He s a very gentle and caring veterinarian and I m comfortable having him treat my little Zaxmeux as Zaxmeux is very afraid of going to the vet s, so, that makes me kind of afraid along with him, but I rest assured that everyone there are nice people and I m very happy with that.

We were very happy with Westley s office visit. All of our concerns were listened to and addressed with compassion and understanding. The technician is so caring and gentle with our 19 year old boy and totally on top of her game. Of course Karen at the front desk is always a pleasure. Not only is she very efficient but kind and caring as well. In general the whole staff is great.
