The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the time spent with the vet for the actual exam was very brief, no look at my pet’s gums or ears for a “nose to tail” exam. The exam table was also pretty dirty. The receptionists and vet techs did take good care of us.

This was my first visit with Shaggy Boy, I was pleasantly surprised. Your staff and Dr. Mercer were very kind and informative it was more then I expected. Thank you so much for all the loving care you showed Shaggy.. Respectfully, Pamela Magnin & Shaggy Boy

You were on time and efficient. Staff was kind to my grandchildren and took out a kitten for them to pet (and no, as much as I d like to, I cannot adopt one).

Altho the girls in front and the nurse to come get my two dogs were very friendly and helpful..it would have been a ideal to of met with the actual vet ..instead my boys one at a time were taken straight to the back and I didn t see anything done I didn t get any info on what I was to look for or any vet talk at all I just brought the in handed money over and they each went behind a closed door for one minute and 150 bucks and two minutes later we were walking.out. . the staff did everything great but the vetenary doctor person man or woman really should interact at least a little. I really like the place tho all in all because the welcoming inviting feeling when their.
