I was very happy that my pet was accommodated for his anxieties. He gets exited when he sees other dogs and becomes very vocal. The vet assitant was able to take him in and out a side entrance to avoid any contact with another dog or cat. Much appreciated.

It was our first visit. There was a gentleman who rushed to help me open the door for me and my rabbit. So very much appreciated. I did ask that he be weighed and after his nail trim when I asked how much he weighed she said she weighed him in the arrowroot. Huh? She said I could weigh the carrier ar home. Our scale at home wasn’t working, besides, home scales are never the same as at the doctors. In my humble opinion. Thank you for your service.

My first visit was very encouraging. I finally found the clinic where I feel my pets are safe and well handled. The staff was outstanding by their concern, calm, and ready to listen to ease the situation. The clinic is the image of the doctor that was humane and good hearted. Thank you so much. My dog got nervous & peed on the floor; they just said it was ok& cleaned it up while I struggled with my dog. I said I was sorry. They said it was no big deal. Thanks for not making me feel bad! I had 2 older dogs that had to be put down, & Karen knows me by name. I like that. Its personal, like home!

I m so happy to be taking my little Zaxmeux back to your facility once again. If it wasn t for the Covid pandemic, I never would have went elsewhere. Zaxmeux was so scared of coming here when I couldn t go in with him and we would have to wait in the car and he got traumatized without me with him, but now it s all good again and even though he doesn t like going to the vets, it s very good and everyone treats him with loving care and it makes a very big difference, and I feel really good about it. Happy days are here again!
