My only comment is that I was told to come get Charley at 3:20…an appointment…I checked in at about 3:15…I was placed in a room after 40 minutes I questioned when I would be seen…Karen said about 5 more minutes….your waiting on a tech…we finally left the office with Charley at 4:15….that is my only comment…Thank you!

Offer an exit other than the main door to prevent unpleasant encounter with other dogs. I ended up sprawled in the parking lot because another big dog growled/stiffened at my dog and keeping them apart caused me to fall. Ugh
