I would like to acknowledge Karen at the front desk. I was literally crying on the phone the 2 times I talked to her about my puppy Annie and her symptoms. Karen was very patient, soothing, and helpful in calming me down and setting up an appointment for Annie as soon as possible. Unbeknownst to me until she walked me to the door that it was Karen who was helping me at the front desk when I checked Annie out. Very friendly and again helpful. Because of Karen (and Annie s male tech) I will definitely be bringing Annie back.

I had a fantastic visit today. From the technician (I can t believe I forgot his name!!) to Dr. Mercer, I was so so thankful to bring my new kitten Ziggy Stardust here. Special shoutout to April Sanford-Bayer for being her amazing self. Thanks to all!

I was very impressed with my visit to the Small Animal Care Center. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. My dog always seems to have such a good time at boarding there. I think she loves playtime.

I didn’t take Opal in today my son did. I am glad he did because he got to meet Dr. Mercer and talk to him about Opal. He was pleased with the way the visit went. However, he said Opal wanted to adopt the two little black kittens y’all have. Maple says hello!
