The floor in the lobby was really, really dirty, full of dust and fine dirt. Rooms were clean. Very busy, waited 40 min. In room to see the vet. But everyone extremely nice and efficient.

The doctor & staff were very nice, courteous & respectful. Everything went well the doctor & his assistant thoroughly explained everything. Only 1 thing we noticed is the cleanliness, the floor & couches were full of animal hair. They need to tidy up every now & then, other than that everything was excellent. Thank you everyone!

Excellent experience for both of my dogs Shadow and Osito. The vet tech was very accommodating and helpful thank you so much for all your help.

Unfortunately I didn t get any names of the staff that took care of me and our family dog. Everyone that helped us was very friendly, professional and clearly cared about all the pets that came in while we were there. Highly recommended.

The lady that gave our cat, Layo, his vaccines was very friendly. She shared how he did getting his vaccines, mentioned the areas where he received his vaccines. She was very professional , but at the same time showed she cared about Layo.

Your vet tec was very friendly and professional,and I felt comfortable with his knowledge, and even laughed with me when I joked with him about him needing to try out the tasty flea pill..being on a fixed income as I am and wanting the best for Missy I m concerned about an upcoming dental bill..I hope I can afford it. I am pleased with the service and treatment at Small Animal Care Center.

Very nice staff, no wait time, they took him back at his appointment time and brought him right back out.

Only concern was a young girl with a big dog letting her dog go to other dog and owners in the lobby without consideration of others and no one said anything to her not even her mother!

We always feel guilty that our Wolfie gets matted fur but the staff, the Vets Assistant and the Vet made us feel comfortable about Wolfies behavior and fur. You are our Vet from now on. Thank you, Lynn and David Robinson
