Maybe hire another person for up front? They seemed pretty busy trying to get rooms and everyone helped plus phone calls.

My only comment was typically when I arrive I am allowed to go straight to a room to let my pet out. This was my first visit to the new location but I was told to just and wait. Then about 5-10 minutes later I was told I could go to a room to let him roam. Otherwise, I have always had great care and service. I like that time is important to you to make sure I am seen at my appointment time.

Loved the experience and everything about this place!

Gary and I were pleasantly surprised at how thoughtful Dr. Clapper, our tech. and the receptionist(s) were. Baxter was quite nervous and had two wet accidents,?? and everyone was so thoughtful. They quickly put us at ease. Once in the room, our tech brought out a yoga matt knowing how hard it is for dogs to keep traction on vinyl floors, especially with Baxter and his hip/leg issues. Seeing the matt on the counter was so thoughtful as well. Our tech. was so very nice, listening to us as well as asking questions. She spoke to Baxter even though he is most likely deaf as did Dr. Clapper. Our Vet was very thorough and knowledgeable. Her exam of Baxter was excellent. Her suggestions and recommendations likewise. She answered our questions and helped us understand the situation. We were not rushed and even as we waited for set up for xrays, our tech. asked if we wanted something to drink and brought a fan in for our very nervous furbaby. Dr. Clapper called us later that day with the results of the xray and again she helped us understand Baxters situation. It was so nice having understanding people to help us care for Baxter. They are always great with my girls!

We have tried multiple vets in the area for our guinea pigs. Dr. Vricella is the only vet that we know of that has good knowledge of guinea pigs. We will only use Bryan Rd animal hospital for our needs from now on.

Love this place

Had to wait over an hour to be seen and then had to wait 10 min to check out.

As the location is undergoing construction I would ve liked to not have gone in when the cauk was still drying. I somehow got it all over my leashes, my dog and myself. The tech said she d bring me a wet wipe but i guess she forgot.

We loved your new offices. Dr. Wright was most helpful and great with Bo. We thank you all.

The facility is new and lovely. Our room was not cleaned between dogs. The vet technician hurried to clean it between dogs but it wasn’t completely cleaned as we were already in there. Good thing is building us new do the room isn’t that dirty yet any way.

The Vet Tech was amazing with my Tux! She was so sweet and gentle with him and really helped to make him feel comfortable when he was nervous about being in an unfamiliar place. Thank you!

Hi, im doing this on my iPad and it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. So, I just want to say I would give you 5 stars in everything. Sammy was very quick to help us and very kind. Dr.Amberle was also kind and very knowledgeable. The office was immaculate, which is very important to me. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet’s office. Even though it is a 4 hour drive, I would prefer to bring my little lovebirds to Dr. Amberle than to a vet in my hometown.
