The wait was rather long. I was supposed to be called regarding my dog’s hart worm results and no one called. Also, I was supposed to get my itemized bill for the visit emailed to me and never received it. I confirmed my email address before I left.

I thought the place was amazing. The care Bruno received was excellent. I just love the staff there. Thanks so much for taking such great care of Bruno.

I feel Dr Clapper did an excellent job on doing my dogs, annual checkups. So much so that I plan to have the clinic check my birds in the future. I liked how the staff handled my dogs and how caring they were with them.

Didn’t have an appointment. Phones were out of service. Drove with Zuri up to clinic. I was able to have her seen and started meds. I am so grateful for these beautiful people. Dr. Amberle certainly inherited her dad’s compassion, professionalism, and sincerity. Wont go anywhere else.

Second visit went just as smoothe as the first! My anxious cat was very calm and staff was very thorough explaining plan of care. Medication costs could be reviewed, if purchased there would be approximently 20.00 higher than what I pay for at the pharmacy in cash with no insurance. Another successful visit in the books!

One of the things we appreciate the most about BRAH is that the doctors explain all options for care, not just the most advanced or expensive. And that we have never feel pressure or judgment to choose a more advanced option if we don t want to.

Bryan Road Animal Hospital is by far the “best experience “. I’ve followed Dr Wm Wright for almost 40 yrs ( aka Dr DoLittle), his daughter, Dr Amberle is definitely a chip off the preverbial block. I just had Dr Clapper take care of my sick kitty - a real professional! You’re always in good hands here!!
