Dr. Loder is not my usual vet, but she treated both me and my animal with kindness as if she were her regular patient. She took time to answer questions and care for my dog. My only suggestion is to bring out the peanut butter and treats earlier. By the time they came out, my dog was already pretty scared. I wonder if having them earlier would have helped ease her into the exam. (It may not make a difference—just an idea). Either way, another great visit! Looking forward to an open house!

Dr. Vricella and Dr. Wright are very good with birds. They know what they are doing, and are very caring and gentle.

When I got home from the appointment, I had an email from Annie’s chip company suggesting having the chip scanned on next veterinarian visit. What a great idea! Don’t know the cost, but I would have liked to have had Annie’s chip scanned to verify that it was working and that info was accurate. Will be sure and ask next visit. Would be nice to incorporate this into annual visits.

I love the staff and the facility! I do have a suggestion though, I have been to a different vet in the past and they use an app called Petdesk and its like your dogs own profile where you can easily pull up their medical history, allergies, shots, birthday. I absolutely loved it and wish there was an app for your vet!

I wouldn t take Rocky anywhere else, everyone there has always been so understanding & shows concern for all animals, when I had to put my Poncho asleep, & my son s dog Champ too, Amberle & staff did everything they could for us,through that sad time, ty all for taking such good care of our Rocky as well.

Great quick care. Dr. Amberle and her dad and the rest of the staff treated my dog like she was theirs. They even called the next day to check on my dog.
