I was extremely nervous before and during Toby s procedure, I was not nervous about Dr. Amberle Vricella. She always make me feel Toby is being taken care of , emotionally and physically.

I LOVED how all the vet techs came in to see my Maine Coon kitten!

The place made my kitten feel so calm and comfortable. Techs were extremely nice and caring.

Wonderful experience with knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Loder always takes time to answer our questions and takes time with our pets.

The staff and Dr Clapper have always taken their time with us and never made us feel rushed.

All of the chairs in the waiting area were covered in dog hair.

The staff was very professional and kind. I m so glad we made the switch from Gentle Doctor. I liked that it was very calm in there as well.

Staff and facility are fabulous. Appreciate the concern regarding animals that are anxious about vet visits. I have one that has seizures at times due to the stress of vet apt. We are new clients and looking forward to a “Animal” focused facility that cares about the health of our pets and how much they mean to us and our families.

We have been patients of Anne Clappers for years. We followed her from another facility. She has seen us through 2 Great Danes and now we’re doing it again. We have been very happy with Bryan Road Animal Hospital.

Dr Clapper and all the techs at Bryan Road are great. Knowledgeable, caring and friendly. So glad we made the switch, even if we have to drive further.

I give anyone I know that is looking for a good, compassionate vet your number. Please stay that way, you guys are great and I would not like to see any of that to change.

We don t live near your location and there are many vets in our area, but I just love Dr. Clapper so it is worth driving further out.

First time to the new place, would have enjoyed a tour to see what I’m paying for while continually choosing to make this my vet office to feel like it’s my place too and not just for the staff. Would also appreciate seeing a more cat friendly front desk with cat treats laid out alongside the numerous bowls of dog treats. A trip to the vet is always an expensive thing, want to be sure my pets and I are are given time and attention, sometimes it doesn’t feel like the exam given is very thorough lasting all of about 5 minutes compared to vets I’ve visited n my past.

Megan is THE BEST TECH ever! So friendly, professional, and nice. And our dogs LOVE her!

My mini schz has had a problem for several years and I have taken him to several vets and no one could find the problem until Dr. Wright solved it.

Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t trust by fur babies with any other vet. Thankful for Bryan Road!
