I am SO GRATEFUL you are once again offering services for community cats and will resume donations to your organization to show my appreciation. I do have a couple of nitpicks to share in hopes it will improve the cats experience. The two cats I brought in on Tuesday this week were brought out to me with no covers on their traps at all. They were incredibly stressed out. Fortunately, I had some extra covers in my car. Even if the covers I left them with were soiled, I d rather you re-use those than give them nothing at all. On Wednesday, I brought in two more cats and noted multiple times that I needed to know if the female was lactating. Surgeries were behind and they were still recovering when I came to pick them up so I asked again about the female cat. Someone went to check her and I was told it did not appear that she was lactating. I kept her in the trap to recover as normal although I just had a feeling she wasn t thoroughly checked. When I released her the following day, I could see from a distance that she was full of milk. At that point she had been in a trap for two and a half days; I hope those littles are okay. Believe me, I understand how very overworked and understaffed you all are and know you can only do so much. I only get a call back about 50% of the time so I just keep calling. :) I wanted to share my viewpoint because you can only improve if you know where improvement is needed. Hope you have a good day!

The problem is we only interacted with the dog runners. Its hard to assess a full staff by this. Also, it would be best at this point to address concerns with the medical professional so we can be accurately informed as to the health of the pet.

Everyone was professional and friendly from the people I spoke to on the phone to the one s that came and greeted us at the door/car. This was our first visit there and we went to have our dog neutered. The cost was so much cheaper then our local vet and the quality of service was just as good. They also were prompt to call me back with questions I had after the procedure. I would recommend this place and I will use them again for other services.

The team member who came out to my car were the only reason I didn t give 1 stars across the board. He was very professional and smiled a lot. He seemed very upbeat and genuinely happy to be taking my dogs. On the other hand,the customer care I received via phone was sub par. I am in a very tight financial spot and I was lead to believe that all 3 of mt dogs would cost a total of $100 for the D1 package. Instead when I got there, I was told it was $100 per dog. I ended up spending $200 more for my dogs and therefore this month was unable to pay my utility bill. Not only did I feel somewhat scammed, the ripple effects of this perception will stay with me for the next 2 or 3 months because of my utility bill. I understand that taking care of my dogs is very important, but I would ve waited a few more weeks to take them in. I also understand that it was not your company s intention to mislead me in such a dramatic fashion. I simply feel cheated. I will continue to go there because of what your company does for the community, I just wish in my desperate time of need, my dogs would ve benefited from what your company stand for and does for the community.

I always go with you and take my dogs for the annual shots and heartworm test.. Never had an issue before.. This year was not the same. The credit card machine decline the credit and debit cards. The lady had to go inside and tried manually. Then, a guy took my dog to the shots , it was really really quick . He came with a pill and told me, the heartworm test will be send as a text message in 10 min. If the results were negative I can give the pill to my dog. Today is Friday and I never got the test s results... I still don t know Thanks for your time and attention to this.

After a client has a concern, before making an assumption. Professionals should ask for pictures before stating their assumptions. I took my lady in for stitches to be removed and didn t check her when they brought her out got home to bathe her and found 4 upper stitches still there. When I called, the receptionist placed me on a brief hold and came back with an assumption from whomever she spoke with. I didn t appreciate it as if I m uneducated not to know what stitches are and the fact of having to return. So my concerns are if they re this careless with stitches removal were they attentive in performing her surgery? I would think her chart would have diagrams of where the procedures took place and how many stitches were put in...but maybe not

Thank you for such a great experience. Everything was so well organized! The tech that came out to deliver Nova after her appointment was awesome and so thorough. They went over all of the post surgery instructions which was very helpful. Nova did fantastic after her surgery due to the careful hands of your staff!
