All of the staff we encountered were wonderful and very professional. The only suggestion I would recommend is clear instructions on when to start pain meds after spaying (the sheet said the next day but the bottle said that night). Also, to let customers know that other cat(s) in the house may hiss at spayed cat due to scent of anesthesia for a couple of days. Other than those 2 things, I think you guys are doing a GREAT job!

I’m so happy we found out about your place! You have helped us so much and we are grateful to that our Freya is now spayed. We are also taking training classes and We are very excited to learn all we can to have a well behaved member of our family. Your staff have been very easy to talk with and are very professional. I think more people should find out about your training because then they too will have better behaved dogs but they will also learn about dog behavior and then they will become better at taking care of their pooch.

They have taken care of my Tinkerbell both times extremely well. She heals quickly and you can tell they do an excellent job!

When I checked in I let the young lady know I had a 12:15 appointment. I was directed to a spot and given number 69 I waited over an hour for an alleged appointment and basically I was just in line with everyone that drove up. Definitely not pleased.

Very happy I decided to take my cats to you guys! I know I’ll be using your services again in the future.

My one and only suggestion is communication. I was very clear before I came that I could not afford services and even had to borrow gas money just to get there. It was made clear via email the services would be free....so there was a small panic when I was asked for $20 for the ear treatment at the end of Stormys appointment. That small internalized panic attack I was given could have been avoided with communication between staff. Outside of that, everything was great,staff was very polite, and would highly recommend to others.

Everyone is very friendly, able to answer all questions quickly and thoroughly. Drop off for my pets surgery was lengthy but well organized. Handlers listened to my concerns in regards to my Aussie’s and that they have never been separated. The handler gave me extra medication for sedation at home because they are a high energy breed. I appreciated that and it was needed.

The wait time of 45 minutes was a bit too long. While I understand overbooking is done in case of no shows, it would be helpful to monitor the waiting time for those who do keep their appointments. I would suggest a time limit of no more than 20 minutes.

Thank you for what you do. We couldn’t have afforded your services at our typical vet! What you do matters! ??

An Awesome group people.

I know that covid has been hard on everyone, but my pet had surgery and I didn t feel like I had a chance to ask questions because I had cars with others waiting for me to move. It was also loud (from nearby traffic) and cold outside. I would like to see the pet checkout rooms be open for pet owners to ask questions in a more controlled environment. Other that I love the staff and the care my cat was given during each of here visits. Just would have liked to have the opportunity to get a better understanding on what my pet needs.

The only thing I was upset with was the time it took. I had an appointment on 11am and my dog was not taken in until 1230. I love this place but if I make an appointment I would appreciate it be around that time frame.

On the morning of the appointment for Munchkin, I was again unable to catch her for the appointment. Your customer service team was inflexible, causing me to lose my prepaid service. I m still quite unhappy about this.

I was highly satisficed. Top notch friendliness and my heart was filled when the employees referred to my dogs as my Kiddos !!!

We were charged because our dog was overweight . When we asked about this, the tech couldn t give an appropriate response. She was not overweight. This was an additional $40 fee that we were not told about prior to surgery. I was able to make the payment, but it put our family behind on bills for this week, so thank you for not explaining possible charges. Also, if you guys are going to claim a dog is overweight, you should be able to state what weight that dog SHOULD be, not give some silly there was extra fat so it was slippery we think reason. We paid for our services IN FULL and gave extra for another family and I feel like we were taken advantage of. It s a gross feeling.

It was very organized and I can tell they treated the pets with care. It was also very reasonably priced. Though the wait is long to drop off even with an appointment it took about an hour to drop off my dog.

I have been coming I get 10 year picture a couple of years ago. I am a believer.

PRKC was amazing! Staff was friendly and kind with my dog. She healed really fast from her spay. I would recommend you to anyone!

I never heard of Pet Resources until my daughter told me about this center she had several cats and dogs,highly recommend.

My visit on Monday was very pleasant. I received the services I needed at a very affordable price and the staff in the parking lot were lovely. I expected to wait, so the waiting part was easy. I am grateful to have discovered KCPRC, because you make it possible for me to afford and enjoy a pet in my later years. Thank you
