I think what you guys do is wonderful. However, i think it would be nice if full vet services were offered as well. Are there any vets that may be willing to donate some of their time or is that not an option? I m not sure what your policies and proceeds are. All around i really appreciated your services. Only thing that confused me was at pickup, it said to reply with the number and the lane your in but I don t know if the cones were arranged right? Either way I got my cats in a good time and the didn t seem too confused finding us so all was good.

It took several weeks to reach a human being to make an appt. That said, the staff was very kind and very courteous! I will certainly use your services again and will recommend you as well. My pet did not receive all the vaccinations requested on the day of his surgery, leptosporosis and his sentanyl tablet were omitted, this was caught by the staff of your facility and I was notified and made an appt to receive these. A bit inconvenient by very appreciated. I appreciate all you do, thanks

Great process, people and very helpful and understanding, even when I dropped the ball sitting there in line for pickup and not texting them regarding my arrival. They were aware and not rude. My cat did very well after the surgery. They worked with me financially as well and that makes a world of a difference at times.

Good communication

I was unable to make a donation (my first time physically visiting the campus myself) because I was not prompted when I paid. My partner, who has taken our cats the previous times, said you all usually ask. Of course I did not know that so I did not know to initiate it myself. No big deal, I just wanted to make a donation and was unable to. Thankfully I will see you all in two and a half weeks. Thank you for all that you do.

I would’ve like to ask the vet a couple of questions about my pet and other services offered but I never got to see the vet because of the systems in place for Covid

The experience, was wonderful, great service, Max was taken care of by professionals, who cared for his well being. All of the team members that I met or talked to were very informative, caring, showed patience, and were kind.

The first time I called the man that took my information honestly seemed incompetent. I had to wait 10 days to call back to get my new pet scheduled. The woman I talked to when actually setting up my appointment was great. My 30 minute drop off took over an hour. The staff was very professional and apologetic about it. It was not clearly communicated to me when my pet would be ready. So I arrived late. The staff was very gracious and accommodating. Your drop off system and no alert pick up system is a mess. But I was satisfied with the care my pet received and my interactions with the staff.

I have been bringing my dog here for years. I love the services they provide, less expensive than going to a vet. The staff is great! I like the arrival for your appointment process since COVID. Pretty safe.
