found the name with bow tie for tux, fish for trout and heart for grace on the cones sent home with my cats was very sweet.

I am impressed with the entire process, from drop off to pick up. I brought a stray dog that needed neutered and vaccinated. I wanted this done before finding him a home. Your services are a Godsend. Thank you to you and your amazing staff. Please keep doing what you do for the people and pets in the community.

The interface of online appointment booking is a little difficult, and it s somewhat hard to get someone on the phone... but we love your mission, services, and appreciate your love of animals... and we will continue to use you!

Everything was so organized and the out door drop off went very smoothly! I also appreciate the low cost!

The staff is top notch! Everyone is professional, kind and very helpful.

The wait time was extremely long and it seemed other lines were moving faster than the line I was in. When I asked about this, staff was patient, professional and courteous. Kudos to the Vet who I understand was the only person working at the time. However, I do question if my pet received this shots. He is normally extremely sore but acted like nothing happened. Thank you for your listening to my concerns.

For some of us older citizens on a fixed income your facility is a godsend. Thank you so much for providing pet health services at such reasonable prices.

I am SO GRATEFUL you are once again offering services for community cats and will resume donations to your organization to show my appreciation. I do have a couple of nitpicks to share in hopes it will improve the cats experience. The two cats I brought in on Tuesday this week were brought out to me with no covers on their traps at all. They were incredibly stressed out. Fortunately, I had some extra covers in my car. Even if the covers I left them with were soiled, I d rather you re-use those than give them nothing at all. On Wednesday, I brought in two more cats and noted multiple times that I needed to know if the female was lactating. Surgeries were behind and they were still recovering when I came to pick them up so I asked again about the female cat. Someone went to check her and I was told it did not appear that she was lactating. I kept her in the trap to recover as normal although I just had a feeling she wasn t thoroughly checked. When I released her the following day, I could see from a distance that she was full of milk. At that point she had been in a trap for two and a half days; I hope those littles are okay. Believe me, I understand how very overworked and understaffed you all are and know you can only do so much. I only get a call back about 50% of the time so I just keep calling. :) I wanted to share my viewpoint because you can only improve if you know where improvement is needed. Hope you have a good day!

The problem is we only interacted with the dog runners. Its hard to assess a full staff by this. Also, it would be best at this point to address concerns with the medical professional so we can be accurately informed as to the health of the pet.

The waits are still quite long. But at least with good weather, it was not too bad. but is hard on our animals as they really do not want to be there. :)
