First of all, your staff actually came to my house to vaccinate the 6 cats I care for. I couldn t be more impressed with your staff s ability to work with my cats and the stray cats that I look after. Your staff was helpful, professional, attentive, and calming as I was stressed due to not being able to put most of these cats in a carrier and didn t know what to expect. Thank you so much for helping me take good care of these homeless furballs!

I brought my dog in to be spayed at the recommendation of a friend when I could not afford the $500+ that my regular vet wanted. Scheduling the appointment was fine the person was very kind. Drop off was kirt but you were busy and the person that came to get her was very understanding of her being shy. I felt okay leaving her. At pickup the man that brought me Lily was very short with me and would not answer my questions. He acted bothered by the fact I had any and just told me to watch the video. When I got home I noticed he had not told me when to start the meds and the bottle only said tonight . I immediately both called and texted trying to get an answer and got none. That night she would make an abrupt jerk and try to run from it and look at her belly. This lasted into the morning. I called and texted both first thing the next morning trying to determine if that was normal. No answer or call back. I kept calling. At 2 pm I finally just sat through the make an appointment call line and finally got someone who said my concern would be escalated to a vet and I would get a call back. I never got a call back. So at 4 before you closed i called again and was informed a vet had still not been made aware but i would get a call back that night. I did not. I also did not get a call today. We are on day three and I still can not get any response from anyone with your service on if her behavior is normal or if I should be concerned. I am very disappointed in the follow up from your facility. I definitely would not recommend you to anyone that could afford to go elsewhere which is sad because I really support your mission and even donated an extra $20 when I made my appointment. - Robyn Ashauer

My experience wasn t bad but wasn t very personable either. I like to meet the people I trust with my pet and didn t so much like the idea that I couldn t go in at all not even to pay. People could still wait in their cars untill it s their turn to keep the crowd small. My pup is uncertain of strangers so it was unsettling for her to go with someone she didn t know. Other than that you guys were awesome thank you

I appreciated the discount because I live on social security and my dog gets really stressed in your waiting room with all the other dogs around so I really appreciate the drive through clinic and I hope you keep that as an option in the future!!!! Your staff members are so nice and caring I’ve been going there for shots and heartworm treatments plus KCMO license since spay and neuter was located on Main Street (many years ago!!!!!) I am a lifelong client with my little dog!!!!! I really hope you keep the drive through clinic!!!!! Thanks for all your help!!!!
