I am very frustrated by the service. The 8:20am appointment was over an hour in the drop off line. At pick up the puppy was rushed to my car and the dog peed all over my car, he had no chance to go before getting stuffed into my car. I couldn’t clean it up as the young girl had to get through her talk.

Everything was awesome. Took great care of my pet!

For this particular appointment, everyone was amazing. The operator I spoke to later in the day to schedule a dental appt. was challenging to deal with. I did not feel heard or respected. I ve already addressed with a supervisor.

I waited an hour after my appointment time until my dog was seen. Please don’t overbook appointment times!!

I think your mobile service and the way you have people stay in their cars at the 59th & Troost location is AWESOME! And not to mention, the cost savings! Getting my puppy spayed for $165 verses $600 was GREAT. I ve already referred to you other people & will continue to do so. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

I asked to have my dogs nailed trimmed. But several were never cut and several were cut and quite a bit more could have been taken

This is the first time I have had a tiny dog. I was given a $30 discount card if I had my puppy fixed before May 27th that would make her 6 months. She only weighs 5 lbs. I am a little concerned but have no one to voice my concerns to because I didn t get to speak to the vet. I would really like more information, I have heard that it s better to wait until the little pups are closer to a year. I do appreciate the $30 off but I want to make sure that it s the safest and best choice for my little Yorkie.

My appointment time was at 1110am and didn t get my dog in to get shots until 1140am. That s the only thing I was not happy about.

I think it s really convenient for Kansas City residents that s in the inner city of Kansas City it s affordable the location it s easy to find and the staff members are so friendly that it makes you feel like you re talking to a family member I recently bring my puppy more up there I have two ladies come out to greet mode and taking me in to get his puppy vaccines one of the ladies came back at us you talked to me about about him and answered any questions I had about him I m definitely going back for all the other vaccines for him thank you so much for supporting our community
