I will forever bring my animals here and continue to donate. This place has always had an outstanding staff that is patient, kind, and informative.

The parking situation for dropping off your pet was a little bit confusing with the different color barriers and thinking it was the same number if you moved forward but other than that the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions you had. I called to see how my pet was doing and the person was very friendly and went to see how she was doing which was very appreciative on my side.. which was Sprit a kitten geting fixed.

The staff was great- very friendly, professional and communicative throughout the whole process. My cat was turned away foe her appointment though, because she was hissing and I was told they were high-volume and couldn’t glove up. My option was to sedate her to receive her annual rabies shot or take her to a full-service vet. I think this should be made a little more clear on the website or during a screening call when appointments are being made, as I had to take time off work not knowing a cat hissing would cancel my appointment. Otherwise, I had a positive experience!

I have 2 cats and we were treated with professionalism and caring Our appointment was a good experience.

The visit was prompt, organized and very professional. Staff was friendly as well. I will definitely bring my dog back for future services!

I visited this location for my first time on first Fridays and was unaware this was going to be super busy. I made an appointment at 10:10 AM and I wasn’t seen until 11:10 AM. So I waited in my car with my anxiety ridden dog and I couldn’t do anything to calm his nerves. My time spent with a staff member was a quick interaction and we got done in 5 minutes overall a great price for what we received but my time is valuable as well.

Great place to go wish there was one closer to me in NKC

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I take comfort in knowing my pets are well cared for when we come to the Pet Resource Center.

Only negative I have about the visit is pet wasn’t taken into be seen until approx 1 hour after her scheduled time.

We truly love The Pet Resource Center of Kansas City. We have gotten both of our kitties spayed/neutered and microchipped through them as well as vaccines for them and our dog. I appreciate the low cost vaccine drive thru clinics, it really makes keeping up on our pets vaccines much easier! They are some of the friendliest and helpful humans you will ever have the privilege of encountering. If you want someone who truly believes your pet is part of your family.. this is the place to go!
