At the time your worker picks your pet up from the car they should ask and make sure that you re getting the right package as to prevent you from coming back to get whatever isn t done done otherwise everything was perfect

What you do for people and their pet s and the care you give is just astonishing. Being a part of the experience and seeing it for myself was nothing short of miraculous.

The process was quick, straight to the point and I am so grateful that I was able to get the help I needed with my doggies. The staff was so understanding and assisted me financially as well! I definitely have recommended you guys to my friends and will do so in the future!

Our visit was a+ experience! And the vet tech was exceptional.

I had appt with Westlake In Blue Springs which they didn t find. Had my 11.07 lb dog at sign-up. Lady was not friendly and told me take dog back to the car. It was extremely hot so I had carried her except on the mulch. Your person took her from window of my CRV and insisted on using large choker lease, then I see the lady dragging my dog across the parking lot since she didn t want to go with the stranger. I hollered What are you doing? This is exact opposite of our experience last year and won t be gaining my trust or donations. I offered to hold her for shots and was very disgusted by this method.

The lady in the booth first thing in the morning had wet hair, seemed frazzled, and agitated when she arrived to help us.

I love the online reminder that it was time for yearly shots and checkup. Then, I could sign up for an appointment online at one of two locations that was convenient for me. The check in was by two friendly associates and the appointment was quick.

The staff is courteous, helpful and sweet to the animals. The ease of making appointments online is also a plus.

I know with the Covid outbreak your way of appointments have changed, I had a hard time with communication when my dog was brought out from surgery, due to cars running and trying to make sure he was alright in my car, seemed very rushed!!

I had a wonderful, stress-free experience with Pet Resource Center.Everyone was friendly, organized and the after-care process was thourally explained.

My friend brought in the kitty cat to get her spayed and said that it took a long time for the check in. She said everybody was very pleasant but that it took over 45 minutes for her to get the kitty checked in.

Everyone that are there is/ are really awesome. Ive had a great experience with all 4 of my cats with Bright Eyes being the youngest.Thank you all so much! ?
