i think the service is great- my only complaint would be the wait time. We waited almost 45 minutes before we were seen and this becomes a big challenge when you have a dog that is ready to get out a car

You provide excellent & much-needed services to the community. I was pleasantly surprised to have my call returned so quickly and Dani customized the services customized to my feral cat s needs, after giving me the pros & cons of various options. I totally admire your clinic! The cost was about 1/2 of a regular vet. I am so grateful that you exist!!

I spent a total of 3 hours waiting (between dropping off and picking up). There was a huge miscommunication with picking up, my dog was still in surgery and my roommate’s cat had not even gone into surgery yet. I just think communication about delays could be better.

My wife and I are new less than two years into our relocation to KCMO from DFW. Our little Cooper was a Christmas present to/from each other and is very special. As a retired Marine I LOVE a great process and I must say I was extremely impressed with your process. That being said the care and attention that Cooper received was extraordinary. Thank you for the service you provide to KC residents.

I do not have the ability to change my pet profiles in the televet app. As my male kitten Bowie turned out to be my female kitten Blondie and I was trying to reflect that. No huge deal, but wanted the info to be correct on the chip if they were connected!

Great organization and organized from appointment scheduler to the txt reminders of my upcoming appointment for my pup Buster surgery to checkin and pickup all was top notch.

The wait was a bit long, but for the price and the quality I definitely can t complain.

Check in time was entirely too long as I had to be at work and arrived promptly at 7:55 am. My dog was not taken back until 9:15 am. I was late to work, needs a better check in system.

I’m always recommending this place to friends. It makes it affordable to be responsible pet owners.

They have the drop off process down. It runs smoothly and in a timely manner. Each staff member I encounter was courteous and friendly. They interact with your pet in a calm and reassuring manner. I am thankful to have come across this program. I absolutely recommend them.

I know you had a lot of phone calls because of the software problems because I left 3 or 4 messages myself. A suggestion if this should happen again, please record a message that says that you are aware of the problem and are working on it. If it s something that tells you to go to a different location then on the message tell people what they should do, go to the new location or go to the original location. I know I wouldn t have called so many times if I had heard this type of message. Other than that you guys are doing great and I really appreciate all the hard work you ve done.

Would like to see more affordable prices for dental work. Like a low affordable stable rate that would cover everything like 200.00 for everything. That way we could all take care of our pets teeth better and maybe not have to ask for financial help. Thank you

I was asked to be prompt at 0730 for my dogs’ dental procedures, for which I’d prepaid $700. I had to wait over 30 min to drop them off. I was late to work as a result. Staff is nice. They had successful outcomes and am grateful for service.

Wait time with an appointment is poor. I had to come back 3 times. First to get The fecal container for specimen, then to get the correct date for when shots were given. After I sent emails and called. Scheduled a dental appointment and had to wait 20 minutes because staff member was late to work. Was greeted with I don’t have an appointment even though I did, you waived the balance of the teeth cleaning fee but overall very poor customer service

I was at your mobile clinic previously and was able to get the services we requested in a timely manner. I’m sorry, but that didn’t occur recently at your main office. We waited over an hour in the car (running) on a hot day (thank you for having a canvas tent to shield many cars). Have you ever gone to a take-out restaurant and waited an hour for service? I guess you wouldn’t be pleased. Many people walked in with their pet because of apparent emergency services needed. Did that delay those who had appointments? Don’t get me wrong, your staff does a terrific job and may even be overworked. I hope you can understand why the kids and I were frustrated on this visit.
