I was very impressed with the kindness and knowledge of all your employees. What a wonderful program. However, I found the cones for the kitties almost impossible to deal with. I went to Petsmart and bought a $14 variety which was much easier to put on and take off. Wonder if you could build that variety into your program.

Every time I have brought one of my pups to the clinic it has been a good experience from start to finish. Everyone is very professional and friendly. If I have questions they have the answer.

I think we should be able to bring our pet inside when it s our turn it would relieve a lot of my dogs stress on vet visits. She doesn t understand why some stranger is taking her away. I do like the whole wait in car thing till our turn though.

You guys are awesome. Only I would suggest is when picking up should be different. Waiting in line after the pet is with me you have to wait a very long time to get out of there because people in front of you are still waiting. Waiting to drop pet off is awhile too. I understand, you help alot of people.maybe more organization? Anyway you all are still very awesome! Thank you so much.!

Morning check-in was very slow and they actually said there wasn t that many surgeries scheduled. Personally, I think it would work better if you opened up the front door again and let people bring their animals yo the desk. I would rather wait in line inside or even outside in a standing line. I think I arrived about 840 and did not leave the parking lot well lover an hour later. Everyone is super friendly and the prices are great but since the pandemic is over… the old system better!!!.... and certainly much more environmentally friendly. People are sitting in their cars for an hour+ with their cars running. It is so horrible for the environment. To end on a positive note; THANK YOU for the great work!

everything was great except the wait time

First off: very friendly staff and the pricing cant be beat. Only things that could use a review/improvement that I was witness to are: 1. The almost 1.5hr wait in the sun (wasn t under the tarp) 2x in one day was rough and 30+cars idling in that small of an area was also ...rough (not to mention against city code). 2. My cats surgical incision was rough. I ve had 4+cats spayed and this one was poorly closed, her fur was OVERLY superglued along with the unshaven hair having superglue in it (she s a long hair cat) and the bruising/large lump under the incision site was unfortunate.

I do not understand the need to schedule an appointment, when it really is a first come first serve, that makes no sence. My appointment was at 2pm I arrived at 1:45 sat in my car with my dog in 90 degree weather with no ac for over an hour before we were seen. Then the gal who came and got my dog, when she brought her back out to me, she had no idea who my dog was and called her by a different name, which makes me worry that my dog got another animals treatment!!! This is ridiculous, and you guys need a better system!! I advised the gal who brought out my dog and referred to her as a different name, if my dog did not get what she was coming here for and got some other random treatment, and something happens to her..... I will be back, and it won t be nice and my attorney will be involved. If it is a first come first serve, DO NOT have people schedule an appointment! Make sure your staff knows what they are doing, and what animal they have! The only reason why I would recommend you is because your cheap, but... I guess the quality of care and service is, you get what you pay for.

The staff was really nice

Pick up was extremely long, I waited for over an hour, and when I asked a lady she said it happens, maybe workout a scheduled pickup time? Rather then just randomly getting them out. Everyone behind be got their pet before I did, and had to wait 30 mins to get put until I got my cat.

The website needs to be updated to let pet owners know that a kitten needs to be 8 weeks/2 lbs before spay/neuter services, instead of the 12 weeks/3 lbs, as stated on website. One of the vets told me the 8 weeks/2 lbs requirement.

I had excellent service my dogs are doing great and the people are awesome

I believe your facility has shown more concern for my animals than any other veterinarian office I have taken them to. I will definitely be back with my other animals. Thank you so much for doing what you do
