Everything is always great! The staff that checks in, retrieves and returns pets are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt confident when we left that we knew what to do to help Paco heal and recover. Thank you!

My dog was put on prescription dog food. I was not given a prescription for it and even if I had a prescription and it’s almost 4 dollars a can. I can’t afford that so I applied for pet pantry food and I was told that there was no chance probably that food would be there now what am I supposed to do? No one had an answer for me and that was totally totally unacceptable.

I was extremely nervous for my dog to get neutered however the staff was very friendly and informative about the entire process and calmed my nerves a bit.my dogs surgery was good no issues and the veterinarian (or the assistant) provided me with the medication and gave through instructions the whole process from beginning to end was great! I highly recommend the pet resource center

I appreciate how the staff handled the big crowd, I didn t like how my dog wasn t able to get her shots due to her being feisty I thought that you all use a muzzle to put on dogs when they act like that. I felt like it was a blank trip for me because my dog didn t get her shots. I do appreciate the staff for giving me some relaxing pills for the next visit can go smoothly. I do appreciate the staff for working with me when I didn t have the money to pay for the service they were a little irritated but they told me in a calm respectful way to make sure I have the funds available on my next visit my check was late posting due to the holiday it finally posted at 4pm so I tried calling the office to let the staff know that it was okay to withdraw the money but the office was closed. Overall the staff did an awesome job

It literally took one hour from the time I pulled in the parking lot to the time I left after checking in my animal. Not sure why it took quite this long.

I brought my shy and submissive 77 lb dog in for routine vaccinations and heartworm test. I think if you take a large dog, or any dog, inside and the dog is so frightened it won’t allow shots or blood draws you should reconsider your rule about not having the pet owner inside to help hold the dog and keep the dog calm. I understand you maybe don’t want every owner inside automatically but if your staff can’t get the services completed initially without the owner you could at least TRY it with the owner helping instead of just deciding the dog needs to be medicated and muzzled. Seems you have a great system set up to process as many animals as possible, which is great, but doesn’t allow for any kind of fear-free, individual or more compassionate treatment. I’m sure there are many animals who get anxious and scared when asked to follow a stranger inside a building without their human—there’s gotta be a better way.

I took 2 days for me to get through to schedule an appointment to have my dog spayed. A quicker response time would be appreciated.

Everyone took the time to answer my questions when I called with questions before my appointment. Because of that information, the visit went very well.

All the staff was wonderful. The process was well organized and i loved that we could wait in our vehicle. The entire process was so easy! I felt confident that my cat was in good hands and I felt comfortable leaving him there for his surgery to be fixed. Staff gave us great post-op information and I felt confident I could care for afterwards. I d 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I was very concerned leaving Bella Tuesday. 4 different people came to my car with 3 different papers to sign & the 4th person to take her in. I told one girl I wanted to see all paperwork before I let her go in. It was the most disorganized, longest, inefficient process I have ever seen & left me feeling very uncomfortable leaving my fur baby. I think you have & offer a great service but it needs some adjustments & someone to control morning drop off.
