Amazing service!

I’ll admit I was apprehensive about this place. It’s a bit farther in the city than I was comfortable with but the most reasonable as far as pricing for a spay. Totally worth it!!!! The website was easy to navigate. I was able to schedule my appointment, elect my desired package and make an electronic payment. Email communication was very detailed as far as how to prepare and what to expect post op. The website also provides this information. Drop off was easy, staff was very friendly and patient explaining details. My pet was ready for pick up before the time they expected. I was given discharge medication and instruction. We are two days post op and so far we are doing great! My dog was groggy day one and more herself day two. I was nervous about the tattoo but it doesn’t look bad. Her surgery site looked good day one post op and I’m sure it will heal nicely. Very thankful for the services received.

Pet Resource Center is Excellent! I cannot thank you all enough for neutering my pet Boston Terrier. The care and treatment was top notch. My dog acted like nothing ever happened which made me feel happy. The entire process was on point including the pre-surgery email which warned that there could be a wait time of up to an hour, which was accurate, but well worth the price and service provided. Each person my wife and I dealt with from the check in booth to the return of our pet was very professional and caring. I fully support this PRC and will 100% recommend them to everyone and anyone.

The first impression from the clinic was amazing. I could immediately tell the staff deeply cares about the pets and owners they help. Thank you so much to each and every person who works and volunteers their time to this organization. You guys are angels & I hope that everyone here is able to enjoy their Holidays. It is not easy seeing as many pets as you guys manage to, let alone the condition many of these pets come in. Thank you so so so much ??????

The process took too long. I wish you could streamline the drive thru. I got there on time, but it took an hour and a half for my cat to get my cat vaccinated.

Excellent service

I was very pleased and impressed with the service I got.

We made an appointment and ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes before anyone came to our car to get our dog. The staff was nice. But that’s a long time to wait, plus the appointment and checkout.

The appointment didn t mean much. Appt was for 2:45 pm and we were not seen till 4 pm

I understand not always being able to assist when someone is in need but one of the workers just didn t listen at all while I was explaining that when I have come to get vaccines for both my dogs I usually grab some assistance for food for my dog that has to have a low protein diet. After going round and round about it she went in and came back out to tell me I could go online to buy. I asked if it s a discounted price and she was like I don t know. I then explained I can t afford it that s why I get assistance her because she has Addison Disease and I have to take her to the vet monthly for shots and now my other dog has a polyp in his nose and I ve spent over $1500 on him. I also understand that there may be await due to the nature of how everything is setup but sitting in a car for over 2 hours is a bit much.

Didn’t care for the drive through style services. If I knew that was how it was going to be, I would have went somewhere else. We are required to email to agree on an amount to pay and for what service. When I tried to ask for confirmation of agreed dollar amount, I was sent an email with only a payment link. I was looking for confirmation as the website says we just agree to a price. Payment website doesn’t allow custom notes to what I’m paying for; I can’t list the agreed services to make sure it matches the system. Not sure how you interact with pets as it’s a drive through Sonic-style “service”. Couldn’t rate high on that. Surely you wouldn’t want your pet treated like fast food.

Will be bringing my other dog here for services. It was a quick in and out, everyone was nice and my puppy came out with a wagging tail despite just getting spayed. It’s been 2 days since her procedure and she’s doing great! Thank you!

I really liked how the truck clinic came to Gladstone Ace Hardware. I also liked that I could make the an appointment ahead. The only thing I would change is getting chewable flea and tick meds in the Top Dog Package.

It was a very unique experience when we dropped off our dogs for surgery. I do wish there was a way to call and actually speak to a person. But we were pleased with the care they received.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I really appreciated every interaction I had, they were all fantastic!

The teammate who worked with us and Mo was absolutely delightful, informative, and helpful. 10/10.
