shout out to the doctor who throughly explained my cats sickness to me, twice, and was extremely kind and supportive during an extremely rough time for me. (i m so sorry that i can t remember your name but, you live on in my heart) very passionate and knowledgable on her illness and gave me the best resources to further treatment. you will never know how much you mean to me, thank you for making sure i knew it wasn t my fault and that i have done everything right. things unfortunately happen but thank you for helping me through it. :))

I am really thankful I was at the Olathe clinic rather than the main location. I was intimidated by and not looking forward the process described in the email and video sent. But at Olathe it was as simple as walking my pet in and they got seen.

I was so entirely impressed with your staff. I was in a bit of a hurry because I needed to be able to pick my daughter up from school on time almost an hour away and didn t have anyone to get her for me. I inquired with your staff several times about when my dog was done and if he d be done early etc. I m sure I was super annoying. However, not one person on your staff made me feel that way. Here they are doing this important work and answering my questions so politely. Not one person gave a hint of annoyance, condescending, or rudeness. everyone was so nice and helpful. I wish human medical staff treated me ½ as good as you guys did. plus the meds to make my dog comfortable and communication were top notch. I cannot say enough good things about you guys. Keep up the good work! I plan to tell anyone wanting to make a donation to a good cause to send it your way. And one day when I can afford it I hope to sponsor another dogs bill. Thank you so much for your positive contribution to society.

Everyone did a great job, the staff were very caring and friendly, my kitten is doing great after his surgery.

It was a great experience. I was very nervous. I had just taken our other dog to a Petco vaccine clinic and the lady was pushy and tried to up sale me on everything available. It was not a pleasant time. The people were kind of cold as well.But Here at PetResource everyone was super friendly, helpful, caring, and knew what they were doing. The one lady let me walk my dog to the door because he was nervous and that made me feel better too. Then when he was done I was given directions and extra meds for a heat spot and there was no judgement from the lady as she explained everything I would need to do. I was actually nervous before this that they would be upset that he wasn t in perfect condition but no one even batted an eye and was positive and happy to help. It really made my day.

Collect metrics and re-evaluate your scheduling. I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before my pets were seen. There were a dozen vehicles waiting right after the lunch break. Apparently only one young lady was working the shots/vaccine queue and she was working her tail off. I may not be back.

I just wanna say that you guys are a huge blessing to many! Thank you for taking care of our babies as your own!

Everyone was great and very friendly. My new kitty seemed to be treated well, and was not scared or freaked out (beyond what you would expect ??). My only criticism would be that you guys were obviously very rushed after an obviously very busy and hectic day. I did feel rushed at pick up and as a result didn t get all my questioned asked and answered. Again, I do understand. You guys were obviously slammed all day. So please don t take this as anything more than a suggestion. But since you also don t really answer the phone or respond to emails, asking follow up questions is quite difficult as well.

Thank you for working with me so that my dog could be neutered.
