The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was a busy morning, but everyone kept a smile and took excellent care of our dog.

I was unsure where to go when I arrived. Putting a sign on the door to read before entry could be helpful to direct people around to the back. Just a thought, but excellent service. Thank you!

I think the verbal instructions upon picking up your pet, are too lengthy. It would shorten the amount of wait timer for everyone if it could be condensed. Not to mention, that some of the instructions border on ridiculous for cats. I also don’t agree on using an E collar for male cats. TNR cats don’t get them. Cats just don’t function well with them.

You guys do amazing, but often thankless work. So thank you for all you do! This is me ringing the bell at your front desk as loud as I can!!! :)

I was concerned about my pet not urinating very much. I called the day after surgery to see if I needed to be concerned. Regina answered the phone and put me on hold to check with a vet, I was on hold less than two minutes. I appreciated her compassion and quick response to my concern. You re team is AWESOME!! Everything has gone great thus far.

They do a great job at a reasonable cost. You may have to wait for awhile, but they are quick at what they do. Staff is friendly.

I was not happy about how deep the incision was for the “green line tattoo”. I was not pleased that it took days for a response for my concern. I feel that the “tattoo” should be an option not an obligation, as my puppy will always remain in my care.

My kitten s tattoo turned into a giant gouge in her tummy. Which is kind of scary, but your staff and service s are amazing. We will likely be in Monday to have it checked out.

I came in for my cat’s vaccinations and had a 90 minute wait. Waiting area wasn’t half full, lots of staff in office. Not sure why the wait was so long for something that required 10 minutes.

I came in to get booster shots for my puppy. Although there were far fewer people waiting for their pets to be seen it took almost two hours. The two people ahead of me left as they couldn’t wait any longer. Still I highly recommend your establishment. Very nice people !
