I know it s a busy practice and only so much time can be spent with each animal, however, I think the parents of the animals should have the option to go into the exam room with their fur babies. I would like to actually be able to see my animals get their vaccinations, test, etc... that way I know for sure they were done! Other than that our first experience there was great and we ll definitely be back!

I think you should expect people to control their dogs. Also people with barking dogs should be asked to take their dogs outside. I went on a Saturday morning and waited over 2 hours. I was ready to leave after the first hour. I have an 8 week old kitten and have to come back every three weeks until she can be spayed. If my only choice was coming back on a Saturday I wouldn’t return. I’m very appreciative of this service and your great staff but I believe the pet owners should be expected to have their dogs under control.

I did not see how they handle my pet when she had her shots...the interaction with the vet...but, so far so good. CoCo is being spayed August 8th so do a good job and don t hurt her. thank you

The cat I brought in for spay surgery, Garrison #1, developed an infection immediately after surgery. I was seriously disappointed, and had not heard anything bad about SPKC services before this. The day after she came home, she was taken to Union Hill vet clinic, given antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory med. She is on the road to recovery, but you should double-check the conditions in your surgery area.

Upon first entering the facility I noticed that the odor of pet urine is a bit strong. Don t know how that could be resolved in view of the number of pets that are seen in the clinic on any given day. Over all the experience was great and I m so glad you re here to help the pets and their owners with affordable care.

I was thrilled to find this spade and neuter place in Kansas City I had no idea they were even there they took my pet in right away she was spayed she never had any pain hardly at all she got healed really fast she s back to being herself after four days I was thrilled with the staff and how polite they were and how patient they were... just the best place. I recommend it to anyone who has a pet they love to go there... and the prices are so reasonable... fit my budget thank you for all your help. Spreading the word for sure.
