My elderly doggie was whimpering after receiving his rabies vaccination. I was afraid it was something serious as he had never before reacted that way, limping and whimpering. The vet came out to address any concerns. He seemed fine after a few minutes, just part of growing older. Thank you for caring! Great staff.

This was my first trip to your facility. Both my dogs are foster fails from GPSPCA, I had continued to use their vet clinic after I adopted my dogs, since they had a history there and prices were reasonable. I was bummed when they ve closed their public Veterinary Care Facility. I ve tried two other vet clinics when one of my pups came down with Giardia, and the other needed her yearly checkup. I haven t really fallen in love with either clinic. Prices seemed a little high at both, however I m sure that s pretty average. I don t mind paying more once I find a clinic that is a really good fit, but money is a little tight and Chico s vaccinations were due. I wasn t sure where to try next. I m so glad your facility is an option for me and others in the area. Thanks for all that you do for pets and their families in KC!

Great friendly service and reasonable prices what more could you ask for

The services rendered were wonderful. My only suggestion would be for you to offer the inflatable collars for sale as an option to the cone. I felt bad for our dog running into everything or getting caught on things because of the cone. I was happy to find out about the inflatable collar as it has been much easier on our dog. You could mark it up a bit to make more money. I would have been happy to pay $5 extra at your place and save the trip to the pet store and the anguish of watching Bailey struggle with the cone. Thanks for your great work!

I would like to suggest that the client is told that the process of dropping a pet for spaying or neutering would include at least 30 minutes of processing time. Something I was not aware of and I did not plan a head for it. Another matter, after the surgery for my pet, I was not aware of the optional purchase of pain medication, until I saw other client is handed a medication with his pet. That is when I asked about it before leaving.
