Great service, professional, and affordable for our budget. It s obvious the love for dogs at this clinic.

The process was easy and safe, both of which are greatly appreciated.

I could not comment about a “clean healthy environment,” because of Covid. There was some miscommunication about price, so those answers need to be very specific. The new receptionist overcharged us, but that was rectified when we had our cat spayed. The gal I spoke to about that problem was very considerate and professional and had excellent customer service skills!!

When I called in to let the staff know I was here, the person who answered was not in a good mood and it showed. Left me on hold for over 10 minutes and it wasn’t even a proper hold. There was no hold music; I could hear the staff talking in the background. I said “hello?” Multiple times and no one answered me despite my ability to hear everything going on. Had to hang up and call back to finish checking in my dogs for their appointment. The wait took a while, but nothing terrible. Overall a good experience besides my experience trying to check in.

Couldn t interact with vet because of covid virus so makes it hard when you can t ask questions because I have to sit in the car the whole time. Many questions but no one to talk to about them.
