I think the mobile service is a lot better for our dogs and us. I really appreciate you guys coming out to give all 5 of my dogs their shots.

My dog, who has been there several times before, was freaked put by the curb side protocol. He became skittish and would not allow his shots to be adminstered in the lobby. The staff ushered him out without his needed yearly vaccines/ license nor any oppurtunity or suggestion of another attempt. Refund was propmt but care would have been better

The young man who handled our dog u derstood that our dog was afraid of a cage. He took extra care to bring dog yo us in parking lot instead. He was very kind .
