I would have rated the facility 5 stars if all the communication details were noted properly. Two important details were left out and as a result was a source of major miscommunication which left me to the point of almost arguing with the last associate I spoke with on the phone who appeared not too helpful initially. Everyone were extremely helpful. Thanks for a great organization you have who help animals and their humans to possibly care for them.

Great communication, very well organized.

I know it s not your fault because of Covid. However when I brought Dobby up. I was 10 minutes early on a day of 91 degrees with no ac in the car at 2 50 pm. We waited in line and called the number that no one answered.The staff was helping other people in the line and didn t make it to my car yet.Dobby was getting so hot in the car with me that we left at 3 15pm.He couldn t be out there any longer.I not mad but I will bring him back after covid has a vaccine, or appointment times would be taken when made. I love you guys! I give you five stars if covid wasn t going on. We will be later maybe next year.Stay safe

I know all of the staff was working extra hard and it was hot! Suggestion...if you have an appointment you shouldn’t have to wait 90 minutes just to get into front of the line to call in. I had a 1:10 and waited until 2:40 to be able to call that I was there. I love your clinic for my dogs but didn’t plan on spending 2 hours in my car with it running to get vaccinations...suggestion would be not to book as Nd y people in each time slot going forward Edie dolly when you think you have appointment. Again your staff was great, friendly and helpful with my senior dog and taking care of her needs.

Just have payment part with the form you fill out. Beast has had a very easy recovery. It’s only been five days out and you’d never know he had surgery. Your staff is amazing, and you do a great service at an affordable price. My old vet charges twice the price for the surgery. He’s your only vet from now on.

The staff did a great job in safely and quickly providing shots and a heartworm test to my dog.

I took cats in on two successive days for identical services and received different paperwork for their chips. I find that odd and a bit disconcerting.

Mobile vaccine was amazing!!! Loved it, very convenient for our crazy schedule, flexible, quick process, workers were professional. Hope you guys continue to offer it.

They are great with my kittys they had never been out side or away from me and they where great with my kid s yes my kittys are my kids
