The person that checked me in mentioned they were new - they did an excellent job since I had 2 dogs that needed vaccinations plus city license and then at the last minute I mentioned my cat (needed a collar). The vet techs were amazing. My big dog required a muzzle and the techs were so calm - their energy level was much better than mine. Thank you so much. Great staff!!

I am so glad that someone referred me to you all because I could not afford the surgery my dog needed and you all did more to him than the Red Bridge where we first start taking him.

Thank you for establishing the line setup with parking lot guides to help all of us get our critters cared for. I appreciated the efficiency and kindness of all the employees. I forgot my phone during dropoff but they simply had me pull over so someone could grab my info (and didn t make me feel I was an inconvience with everyone was quite busy!)

I have Parkinson’s Disease and ha problems with this and my dogs need their nails trimmed . I can’t do them anymore with my Parkinson’s. Do you have any suggestions. I paid for the vaccinations with my credit card but I do not have much money. I have problems with my daily life.

I called on a Thursday, and they were able to get my pup in the next morning for a spay. The price is extremely affordable, less than half of what the vet we use would’ve cost. My dog went in at about 8:45, and I got a call by 11:30 that she was ready to go home. The post-op instructions were very clear, and everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and kind.

Very courteous workers. You can tell they love their job. The Vet took time to listen not shake his and nod, he actually could repeat back all I asked him. I rescue seniors and from now on you will have all my business. You did a great job with my 2 year old Pomeranian who had a spay appointment. I know she’s not a senior,but she’s too sweet to let her go anywhere . She’ll be one of yours too. I’ll be helping out with Chewy monthly food delivery

Wonderful experience. Brought my dogs in just for shots. Both our dogs were in need of grooming and shots. We needed to update shots in order to have grooming. They trimmed my dogs nails because they cared and saw the need. So I cancelled his nail appt!! Their service touched my heart!

i LOVED the way you all did this during this crazy time. it was easy and not stressful. Hope in December when we come back with another dog, that the appts may still be in place.

We had a great experience overall. I was a little frustrated though because they told me over the phone I could show up early for my appointment and they would take us. I did show up early so I could get to work and they told me I had to park to the side and wait until my actual appointment time to pull into the lane. Then once in the lane I had to wait even more. By the time I got to the front of the lane and called, it was after my actual appointment time. At pick up, I pulled into the lane, texted I was there and they said they would be out shortly. Over 20 minutes later and another text, they finally came out.

I would like some information on pet food assistance? I have 2dogs and 2cats anything you can do would be most helpful.
