Very quick response to all my recent needs/encounters and very pleasant service and reception. Seems things have only gotten better and better improvements abound in the past few years.. been a awhile since ive needed to lean on Spay & Neuter KC and things are going great. Even thought I haven’t brought my dog here to get shots or groomed or anything, when I was in need of dog food to feed my 5 month puppy they were will to help. I was so surprised by the food that was given with the treats, wet dog food and a cute bag as well. I had even missed my appointment and just showed up two days later and they still helped me this is a wonderful place and Organization and it’s very few places like this one. So from what I’ve seen by the love for pets and helping when we always can’t show me so much , n from now on we will drive the 20 to get whatever my pet needs grooming, vaccines we will be here.

With the pick ups of food I suggest you call the person when you actually set it outside. Being the 1st time I have been there was not sure as there were 3 other vehicles there and didnt know if pkgs were mine or not. Kinda confusing

You guys are awesome. The day I came to pick up dog food at the pantry I got mixed up by your sign and waited for about 15 minutes before calling. I was flustered and in a hurry when I called and I m so sorry. I immediately felt bad about it. Thank you so soo much for your services.

I still appreciate the service that you offer the community and as such I m just letting you know the issue I had with the new procedures you have initiated for the ongoing pandemic. When someone calls any of the # s listed if they are busy it says this line has no VM and Hangs Up on you. It never advises you that the line is busy or to please call back in 1-2 minutes. You could even write that on the sign. And when I pointed this out everyone was like well yeah you have to call back....but how would one know to do that if it never says it is busy. Since I kept calling the # s listed and kept getting that response, I started to call different # s trying to reach someone when I did I was told it was fixed and someone would call me shortly. I waited outside in the rain for 30 minutes and no phone call. I had to call all the # again repeatedly till someone answered. Only to be told How they forgot about me.

I’ve never felt genuinely comfortable with more staff with my sweet lab pit mix. From the first time I was there to these tragic time when they welcomed me and my dog with a warm embrace and the best care.

On the receipt you should include what the Next Step is for the pet. Explaining things in person is great but can easily be forgotten when you get home, especially if it s things for multiple pets. Just a suggestions. Otherwise, you are great!
