Fast service!! Great experience even with all the COVID restrictions. My appointment was at 3:35, prepaid online, parked and got checked in and my cat was being seen at 3:37! It only took 5 minutes. GREAT!! ????????

We were very pleased with the care our beloved kitten received. Interestingly our lives were forever changed by our visit to you. We dropped of our little girl kitty, but picked up a little boy instead. We could not stop laughing on our way home. At checkout this revelation was put to us slowly. My husband said the we had noticed any male equipment on our kitten. Your staff member answered with you won t find any after today either We could not stop chuckling the whole way home.

Came feeling so nervous about my puppy s spay but the tech who picked her up was so great with her, it was very reassuring and I felt more calm overall about the procedure. The car line was handled very well and was incredibly organized.It s what I d imagine a Chick-fil-A drive thru would be like, but I ll never know because I don t eat homophobic hate-chicken.

Top notch customer service and communication. Also I was super nervous about the the drop off but both drop off and pickup lanes were very easy and not once did I fear for the safety of my dog. Thanks for taking care of my pup.

With the pandemic I understand why the different lanes are needed. I would like to suggest that lanes could be set for certain services. Have certain lanes for just vaccines and certain lanes specifically for after surgery pick up.

We have an appointment for next week. Documents from the other Vet was asked for but not received. And no one had done a follow up on that when we came in for blood work this week. So now I’m worried. We also had an appointment at 10:40 and had to wait until 11:45
