The mobile unit came to my house which was a huge help for me and my 4 furballs. Everyone was really great and super nice and all wore masks (thumbs up??). I hope they can come to my house next year! Thank you so much.

I am appreciative of the care provided to my furkitties, however, I would ve appreciated a call letting me know my female cat was pregnant before they terminated the pregnancy. I appreciate the efficiency but I would ve fixed one of my other cats if I had known that one was pregnant. Thank you for the job that was performed. Both are healing up nicely.

For some reason, Piper has always been afraid of men, but not this time! She really liked him and that is IMPRESSIVE!

I find it difficult, as a Rescue, to get all of the requisite paperwork. Rabies certs and tags go home with the fosters instead of being sent to me and I have a hard time getting copies into my system. I don t ever see an invoice and I have no accounting to provide to my board. I go online and pay what I m told to pay, but never get an itemization. I hesitate to say anything critical because I love your mission, your staff and I so much appreciate that you are here for us, but that is the one thing I would change. Stay awesome and we will keep fighting the good fight!!

All of my in-person and phone experiences were exceptional. However, my on-line experience was not: scheduling was okay, trying to reschedule was not good, and when messaged to pre-pay, the link didn’t provide an amount and my questimated payment was entered as a donation.

I wish to thank Dr.Nichols and everyone there a big thank you for the excellent care my kitty Zahra received from them. Her surgery appointment was for spaying,but while Dr.Nichols was performing surgery she had discovered that Zahra also had aPyro Cyst that ruptured causing her to become septic. They ended up keeping her on Iv antibiotics to hopefully clear up her deadly infection. She’s now home with me and she’s doing great! I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their excellent care????

Really enjoyed the courtesy and professionalism of the young man at the guard station. He kept things moving in such a friendly and polite way.

We were sent home with only one of our cats paperwork and someone else s pet s paperwork. We were also sent home with one cat having a normal tattoo and the other cat having a one inch cut with glue everywhere. I would definitely not consider it a normal tattoo and no one bothered to let us know.

I’m so incredibly impressed with my experience. So many people there helped me ease through my new kitty processes. Wonderful care and she’s healing so well. Thank you all so much!

A lot of people bring there pet to receive the vaccine, staffs are super nice, nice place.

You need to be better about realistic time expectations, my appointment was 8 am I got there at 7:55 and my dog was not picked up from my car until 8:30 I got a text she was fine and went to pick her up, sent a text like the sheet said at 10:40, no one came out for 40 minutes so I called and they said that was a mistake and they would be right out, but then I waited another 20 minutes before anyone came out

I have appreciated your services for years but this year was even better. I hate to say it but COVID has pushed your services over the edge in a good way. It was safe, fast and appreciated.

They took great care of my cat! He wasn’t doing so well after anesthesia and I got texts throughout the whole process and recovery ensuring me everyone would stay late until my boy was safe to come home. If I could give them 6 stars I definitely would!
