We want to commend you all for having such a clean facility and well run Pet Resourse Cemter. Our experience was positive with everyone we met there including staff and volunteers. They were friendly, and knowledgeable about their work with pets. This is very important to us because the dogs we have are family to us.

I had the mobile service so some questions were not applicable for me but everything went great and Suki did fine with her vaccinations. Thank you!

The new format makes it harder to accurately order all needed services. I forgot to mention a city license when I brought my pet for vaccinations. A license was not offered when I was checked in over the phone. I realized after my pet was returned that the license had been missed. Waited in the parking lot and tried five times to get through by phone, but was routed to a voicemail that stated it is not checked. With difficulty I was finally able to get the attention of staff when they came out to help another customer. It took almost an additional 30 minutes past the end of the rest of the appointment to obtain the city license.

They did a great job quick no problem

This was my first time having the mobile clinic come to our home to do our animals vaccinations, and it was the BEST thing ever!! We have 3 dogs, and a cat that I normally load up in the car and take them into the clinic for their vaccinations, but when I called to schedule the appointment they offered the mobile clinic. Of course I jumped on that opportunity to not have to transport all of them. Two of them absolutely hate the car so it’s always extremely stressful for them. With the mobile clinic they were not stressed at all. The staff were friendly, efficient, and quick! 15 minutes for 4 animals and we were done! Greatest thing ever!

This is our second time taking our pet to PRCKC to be fixed and both times the staff has provided some of the best service and positivity that I ve ever experienced. They seem genuinely concerned about your pets well-being. Both surgeries went swimmingly and recovery was swift. I will never be going anywhere else for my future pets spay or neutering and am proud to support their cause!

I requested a nail trim while kitty was under,as it is so stressful she has a bloody stool afterwards. (Jenni is a polydactyl with 26 toes.) I am relatively certain the nail trimming was not done even though I paid the $10. Other than that I had a great experience and she is doing well!

From start to finish, these were by far, our best appointments!

They took very good care of my big boy but sent me home with a broken cone for my puppy n had to dr it up overall they awesome

Every interaction I had with the pet resource center was positively amazing! It is very scary to leave your fur babies with somebody for the day when they re going through a surgery and you guys made that really easy for me! Thank you for all the great things that you do!

Your facility, vets, and staff are truly AWESOME. Thank you mostly for the VERY reasonable rates. Especially now that every one is struggling with the pandemic. Knowing I can get good quality care at a very reasonable price... you guys had me from hello. :)

Twice I have come to get heartworm meds and both times you haven t had enough product to supply what I paid for. Perhaps a review of your purching/invenory/demand is in order?

This was our first time at the Pet Resource center and we had a wonderful experience! Despite the difficulties brought on by COVID, the staff were friendly, timely, and very professional in their services. Everything seemed to run very smoothly and I appreciated how much care they took in transporting our pet.

With covid the wait time was pretty long to get my pet taken in and the person on the phone said that they would call when i could pick up my pet but when they took her they said that she would be right back which was perfect.

Excellent costumer service and excellent people working here very professional and you can see how much they love the pets, thanks a lot.

I have used PRCKC for many years. I have taken my pets and dozens of others to be spayed and neutered and have never experienced anything other than great people with love and compassion for our fur-family. I will never take my furbots anywhere else. Always has been and always will be the best.

I love having a facility like KC PET RESOURCE in Kc. Such valuable services they provide! This time was not a good experience as I arrived at 0910 am and my 3 kittens were picked up at 1012. I did arrive late but for appointment bc of bad weather but had called to inform them of this situation. Then I added a couple microchips to my services, but believe it should not take a full hour for pets to be picked up from car. I do this as service for people who haven’t the funds to pay full price for surgery/vaccines/ etc. I don’t think it ran efficiently on Friday. Then pickup at end of day was at 330. I was there at 330, cats were brought out at 415-420. Once again, love the services provided but I don’t want to spend 2 hours there & another hour driving time. Usually you are so organized. I donate to the organization; 2019 for my birthday $500 was donated. When I texted Friday, I asked if possibly I could bring cats in myself as I needed to get to my job... the response was “ No you cannot. Because you changed the services, it s taking a little longer, but someone will be out there shortly.” One hour drop off time is not the greatest. Just hoping it’s faster next time.

What a great service! Everything was well organized. Our dogs were in and out. Most of all, our dogs were handled with care and came back to us as happy as they were when they left.

We were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of your staff. When we saw the waiting lines, we thought oh no but we were done before our alloted time. We will definitely use your services again.
