we were not allowed inside due to Covid restrictions but wow your system you have in place works beautifully and everyone was so kind

There was a mistake with the medicine sent home with my pet, and when I called to discuss the situation, the employee was very courteous and helpful. She corrected the issue right away, after checking with the veterinarian.

I love the drive through model! My animals are much calmer waiting in my car.

Everything was lovely and I look forward to the next time your amazing staff cares for one of my four legged friends!

We did have to wait 45 minutes, but I understand why we have to do things differently and I was charged a random fee of 2.76 which was not explained to me. Otherwise, all is well.
