I’ve always have come inside for service. The car hoP deal is rough on the pets. I understand the fear COVID put in everyone but it’s time to go back to normal. Make sure the government does not hold hostages any longer. Thank you for being there for KC.

My experience was great, everything was explained and information was sent home with my pet. I highly recommend!!!!!

I’m glad I got there early because I did not fully understand the process and how long the wait could potentially be and I had another appointment but it all worked out. Hopefully getting back to normal will help the process. Thanks for making getting spayed an affordable option without a lot of hoops and waits to hurdle through!!

Better way to drop off or pick up. Also they “didn’t have time” to print off my second cats paper work which was frustrating. Other than that everything was smooth.

Staff was friendly, my cat was taken care of, care instructions were clear. Only complaint is when we came for pick up, no one told us we had to text the office. We had the paper with her name to put in our window, and it said to do so on there, so it s partially our fault, but it would have been nice to be reminded. The person checking us in just said to go to lane 6 and they would be out with her soon, and we ended up being the next last person to leave becuase they didn t know we were there.

Didn t complete appointment. After waiting almost an hour I was asked to move so vehicles arriving after me that were attended to first could leave. I won t be back.

Very clean clinic and very good doctors, excellent care.

This is a great low cost place to take your pet for shots, and other treatments

I just want to thank all of you for the care & service you provided for Wags & I. Your staff was so helpful with every aspect from financial assistance to post opp questions & care. Living in a Nursing home my budget would have never allowed me to take care of Wags needs the last 2 years. I would have had to give him up for adoption. God bless you all!
