I am very happy to have found Pet Resource Center of KC. You guys have been super helpful and friendly. Your prices are something I m able to afford, which helps me out a great deal. I can make sure my pets get the care they need. You have treated my dogs for fleas, heartworm prevention, shots, skin issues, and even with neutering. I have had a great experience, and plan on continuing having your business take care of my dogs needs. Thank you for what you do! We need more places like this available in the world.

I drove an hour and 20 mins to get my dog vaccinated. Got there 30 mins before my appt just to be safe. I watched as numbers who came after me were helped and I sat for over an hour with no assistance. I told the woman I had to leave 30 mins after my scheduled appt time to make an important Drs appt. She said they would get to me when they could. So although I had already paid- I ended up having to leave (crying) without getting my vaccinated because they were so behind schedule. It was completely ridiculous.

You guys are angels our family struggles to make ends meet and I was very concerned about my boy dog getting rabies I m always chasing the rats now I know he is protected by his vaccinations and I don t have to worry about his safety so much. Life would not be the same for this family without our pets thank you so much for the services that you offer

I wasn t prepared to spend over an hour in my car waiting for an appointment. My appointment was at 2:50 and my pet didn t get his vaccination until 4pm. I was stuck in the car line so I couldn t leave if I wanted to.

I ve had to call a few times with questions and your staff has always very patient and informative. When showing up for appointments they are very kind patient and effective. I highly recommend pet resource center. It s been a blessing to our family! The parking situation for dropping off your pet was a little bit confusing with the different color barriers and thinking it was the same number if you moved forward but other than that the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions you had. I called to see how my pet was doing and the person was very friendly and went to see how she was doing which was very appreciative on my side.. which was Sprit a kitten geting fixed.

The staff was great- very friendly, professional and communicative throughout the whole process. My cat was turned away foe her appointment though, because she was hissing and I was told they were high-volume and couldn’t glove up. My option was to sedate her to receive her annual rabies shot or take her to a full-service vet. I think this should be made a little more clear on the website or during a screening call when appointments are being made, as I had to take time off work not knowing a cat hissing would cancel my appointment. Otherwise, I had a positive experience!
