Because pickup and dropoff is done outside I don t really see how the staff attended to my pet - so I can t really answer #3. However, everything else was awesome. Everyone answered my questions, was patient and friendly. I especially appreciated the ease of scheduling. I wish drop off times were spread out more so I didn t have to wait so long to drop off my pet. Thanks again!

All in all great service. Only problem I have had is when I call for information. It is hit or miss, sometimes I get someone who seems to care about their job, my pet, and I. Other times I get VERY rude people who seem to not want to be there, or answer the phone.

LOVE the new drop off and pick up procedure. That worked very well and I appreciated it. Callie had her cone of shame removed before I had even driven one block away lol - it perhaps was not put on correctly? Callie is doing very well and I am very pleased with her surgery and recovery. Thank you!!

The biggest problem was that my dog suffered a lot of razor burn. She has a large patch on her stomach but then her genital area is all razor burn. Everything else was sufficient. Employees were nice and had a lot of information to give. The area in which she was spayed is healing just fine.

Drop off and pick up was a mess!!! I had an appointment to drop off/checkin at 8:15am. We got there at 8am THANKFULLY because it to 45 minutes!!! I had to be at work by 9am and was 15 minutes late. We had no idea it would take that long. Not a big deal if we were given a heads up…. We also didn’t get a call/text afterwards. Oh, and I signed the paperwork twice on line with confirmations and you still were showing that I didn’t sign beforehand. Other than those logistical items the staff was great! Thank you!

I was not told about having to call back to get the heartworm test results. I was therefore confused by the visit synopsis. After calling back to question the results I was advised that the attendant had accidently failed to explain the procedure.

I came to get my dog her shots like I do every year. I was directed to pull into a line however I wasn t explained the process of what was supposed to happen next. When the worker came out for my dog he didn t communicate with me. He was standing next to my car looking at me while the dog was in the passenger seat. So finally I asked if he was going to get the dog for him to only then let me know that I was supposed to bring the dog to him. When she came back I was trying to be proactive since the worker previously wasn t a good communicator and take the leash off to put my dog back in the car. Then he decided to say let s wait to take the leash off until.the dog is in the car. Im not trying to be a pain but a little communication goes a long way. Since I was finished I inquired of the worker about the truck blocking me in front. He was like oh they will be done in just a few minutes. I waited about 10 minutes later he came for their dog and then had to bring it back out to put a muzzle on. Then back in then back out then I waited until they recieved their Papworth. I waited about 20 minutes after my dog was finished until I could be let out. The question I would like to know is why couldn t the man ask the person in front of me to pull forward to let me out other people in other lines did that. I understand new covid rules but u would just appreciate better communication.
