We have been here previously with our other dogs and always loved the care we were given.

I have a friendly dog who is scared of injections. I requested to be in a room so I could hold her front half while she got her shots. They took her in the back instead. They tried for 20 min and then I think concluded I was right. The last of her injection was given like I had requested without issue. I wish they would have listened to me in the first place. Save my dog from fear and them from frustration.

It will not allow me to choose the rating I want. I was not prodiveded an estimate first and the tech had the vet give my dogs a vaccine I would not have gotten had I known the cost. Forts time ever the estimate was not presented until after my appointment was finished.

Too many reminders. One or two is adequate

This is most caring considerate vet office I have ever used. Thank you all for the wonderful way you took care of Bentley and me. I think it’s stressful for the pet and their person when your beloved pet needs surgery. This office was as concerned about my wellbeing as well as excellent care for my Bentley. Thank you so much

Love the office! Dr. Mitchell is absolutely amazing! Always takes her time with any questions we have and is very upfront with information too. The rest of the staff is just as amazing very friendly, helpful and all of the communicate great when we have reached out.

I should have asked how to get Smiley to take her medicine.

I feel it would be beneficial to give a quote of what the expected total price.would be so that the consumer can come prepared to pay cash and not be stuck with the 3% fee bc they either didn t bring enough or didn t realize/forgot.
