I love my vet and all the staff!

Adam is always amazing with our dogs.

Front desk staff was great. Vet was extremely rude and made my dog more stressed than he already was. She also told me I needed to tell my dog to stop. I was upset because my dog is already extremely reactive after any training. I thought she was unprofessional and extremely off putting which is unfortunate because I love this vet and my experiences with DR shuck-lee.

Staff is very friendly

Cross Winds Animal Clinic staff was professional and pleasant. Office is clean and organized. Vet tech was through on the intake form for my cat and was attentive, Veterinarian was clear and concise. Prices for services was explained to me and were reasonable charges. Most veterinarian practices are being sold to corporations that have no idea on handling pet care and are tripling rates for routine services.

I had to remind staff I had insurance. Then, the cotice changed by 60.00-70.00 less.

This was the first time I visited the clinic. I was very impressed and pleased with everything, from the initail call to ALL the staff, Drs and team a very well run operation and I would highly recommend.

Best Animal Clinic in Gilbert!

You guys have priced yourselves out of my budget. I hate to switch vets, but I can t afford your rates anymore - even with the military discount.

Your clinic does as excellent job, but you are so far away from where I live I need to find a vet closer. Your prices are extremely high compared to DrKing. My only income is SSA and leaves me little spendable income. I will be in Gilbert for my next scheduled appointment but after that I need to find something closer and affordabke.

I don’t even know if the person that came in to give my cat shots and nail trim was a doctor or not quit. She did not even introduce herself and was barely off Standish. I really didn’t have any questions to ask her. She did tell me that my cat was healthy. The exam was very fast and just didn’t have a friendly field to it. It used to.

I called and was able to get in on an emergency visit. I was very concerned about my dogs eyesight. Everyone was very kind, understanding and Dr Shuck-Lee took time to listen and prescribed several meds to help with our dogs eyes. The vet tech was excellent in all aspects of her care. We have been Crosswinds clients since 2004. There are many veterinarians locally, many are closer. So the question becomes; Why would we go further fora service closer? The answer is simple, competent, compassionate care. From new puppy initial wellness checks to maintenance shots, discovering my buddy had Valley Fever, and that most solemn of pet owner obligations ensuring a dignified passing, Crosswinds was there for us and six German Shepherd Dogs, two Great Danes, and few cats with what we needed.
