I came there because of Dr. Howard, love him. I will say your prices for titer and blood work very high. Titers of any kind should not cost more than $100!

The staff was great. Austin s ear is great. I have been trying to draw blood from Dallas, and I think I hurt him this last time. I just can t. I would like to know if there is a day that I can bring him there, with my meter & lancets, every two hours this week (except Monday) as you needed. I will bring him in monthly for his blood sugar level. What will the two run and what day can I do the every two hour blood draw? Donna Garner [email protected]

One suggestion would be for the front desk staff to remind clients about the app and reward program each time before they check out until they either download or decline it. My husband was getting the emails and never said anything so I just found out about it this visit but would’ve loved to be collecting stamps all along with my visits. Just a verbal reminder would be nice for those who didnt receive the email or maybe it went to the junk folder. Thanks!

All members of the staff were incredible! Thoughtful, compassionate, efficient, and thinking many steps ahead of me. And the hours are fabulous, since my dogs never seem to have crises in mid-day.
