I had to call a few times for clarification of location and treatment, but each time I was helped (except for directions)

From making the appointment with Meghan( which took time with our schedule), to Micah who was absolutely wonderful, to the king, Dr. Pacquin, who made us feel like Ebony was his own pet-----we love the people who are the ultimate professionals!!!

Dr Pacquin s interaction with my daughter Tammy and her service dog, Zoey, was far beyond what I was hoping for. We had the same Veterinarian for 25 years and was disappointed to find out he had retired during the years we had no pets. We weren t sure how the adjustment would be for Tam but Dr Pacquin made her feel comfortable and welcome from the very first. He is kind and patient and excellent with both Tammy and Zoey. I could not ask for anything better. The staff was very efficient and friendly and we will look no further for a Vet for Zoey or any future pets. With thanks & gratitude, Donna Weekley

AMC is the best Dr. Pacquin and staff really do care about the health of your pet. Very clean it does not smell decorated beautifully and you are greeted by the staff with smiles they make you feel so welcome I feel that Maya is really getting the care she needs and that she is in good hands. We love you Dr. Pacquin and staff.....

Thumbs up for this veterinarian and his staff. They ALL were very accommodating and I really like that they were not pushy about racking up the bill with unnecessary exspenses. Wish the dental cleaning for dogs wasn t soooo expensive. It s such a important necessity for healthy teeth and future health needs, just can t afford it, especially when I have two dogs that could use a cleaning. It s no wonder pet owners don t follow through with cleanings when the cost is not in ones budget.

I felt very comfortable taking with Dr. Pacquin. He spent time going over the oral surgery that Bo was going to have done. I felt I could really trust his decision to perform the surgery for my dog. Everything was explained to me extremely well from medication to costs.

Vet tech was awesome - explained vaccines, offered recommendations and provided a sample of a dental treat for a very finicky canine so that I wouldn t have to purchase a bag only to find out she wouldn t touch it (it cost me another trip however, since she loved it!!). Dr. Mel and his staff are very attentive to my pup and extremely courteous.
