As we are on a limited income we had to choose to go with antibiotic and pain killer injections rather than the complete procedure with anesthesia, shaving, complete expression of the affected anal gland. Two years ago the same full procedure was performed in Prescott valley by Precott Valley Pet Clinic by Dr. Frank for about $255. While that was a stretch for us, it was about half of what the full procedure would have cost at your facility. The level of care you offer is excellent. Dr Paqin and Rob were great. It s just difficult for us to afford the full charges for the full procedure as proposed on our limited income. Thank you for listening. We remain quite impressed with your faculty and veterinary services. We burito and use a warm wet cloth daily to help clean Misty as suggested. She seems to be improving. This facility is awesome.... the staff and doctor are great!! When no one would take my pet in the same day to be seen , they did. They also preformed a needed surgery the same day. I would recommend them to any one. I will no longer take my Roxie girl anywhere else. Thank you so much with my deepest gratitude!!

Over the phone I was told a price but after my visit I ended up paying almost 100 more but no one could tell me why. other then that I was very happy with everything

The doctor and staff were very thorough with their explanations regarding Jasper s needs. I appreciated the time they took and the extra care. I was a bit concerned when a lengthy discussion was presented regarding the bill, but understood the need. Thank you again for your assistance.

I was first time client and hearing impaired. They are so great to me and feels welcome me too. Dr was a great listen and written communication. This place is great but little too much traffic for me if I gets older. Will think about it. Thanks for your patience with me.

Expensive

I really appreciated that Dr Paquin called back the next day and the day after to give me results from bloodwork taken from my dog. He was very thorough and professional.

From the front desk, to the vet tech to the vet- everyone was caring and professional and very helpful. The subsequent calls to check on how Buddy is doing has been wonderful.

I was really impressed with your set up and with the friendliness and expertise of the staff. I had previous experience with Dr. Paquin with one of my other dogs. He listened to my concerns and quickly took action which I greatly appreciated. I have already received a call back with some of the test results. I plan to share with many of my friends and neighbor if they are looking for a local vet.

We are here for the winter and did not have a local vet. After our terrific experience with AMC we have one now. Everyone was wonderful, compassionate, friendly, and thorough.

Very caring staff and a clean, modern hospital for pets. Dr. Paquin and techs answer all our questions. We never feel rushed even when they are very busy. Would highly recommend.

I loved the way the vet and staff handled my cat and I like that our vet was not in a hurry to do expensive tests or xrays, but willing to wait and see how she does this week. I also liked that he was concerned about relieving her pain in the most efficient manner - with a shot that will help her for three days, so I don t have to make her more miserable by medicating her daily! I will be coming here from now on. Prices were reasonable too - more so than former vet office on Waddell!
