I really am pleased with this office!

This was our first visit to the Animal Medical Center of Surprise. The entire staff were very professional and supportive. The treatment plan, costs, and home care for our senior cat were explained. All questions were answered, this was a very positive experience.

Excellent service. We were greeted upon arrival and taken to an exam room immediately. The tech went over what would be addressed during our Libby’s visit and asked if we had any other concerns. Seen by the Doctor who took time to exam Libby and asked if we had any concerns. Very pleased with all aspects of the visit.

After losing my Vet of over 18 years, I was afraid I would not be happy with anyone else. This facility is A+. I am so happy I found this wonderful place.

I love how they take their time to explain everything to you. The first fixes were so clean.

Thank you for giving our frightened little blind dog the care and compassion she needed in order to be seen to get her vaccinations. In particular vet tech Audry was amazing in going very slowly with our scared little girl, who has in the past been traumatized which resulted in her losing vision. We are very happy we found your practice!

the service provided was excellent but sorry to say my cat is not doing well. She is not eating nor drinking, very listless so a very difficult decision will probably need to be made.

It would be a nice gesture to do pet nail clipping for free since people pay so much for all of the veterinary services. Some offices do this. Especially if the animal is sedated.

There s nothing better than knowing your pet is looked after by animal lovers. My cat is easily scared, but she took to the staff very well and was treated with kindness. A wonderful place.
