We arrived and the young lady at the door knew who we were and why Shelby was there before we got all the way in. Got her wieghed and sat down in in 10 minutes. 5 minutes there after we were in the room for her 1st year exam. At that point each and every person were listening and so willing to spend as much time we wanted and so willing to make Shelby comfortable. Then we were off to home.
