Everyone was great! It took me 3 vets to find AMC. I will be taking all of my pups here from now on.

Our entire experience, with regard to our dog’s check-up and surgery, was excellent. Dr Shirmer took plenty of time with us explaining the procedures and diet our little dog needed. The veterinary assistants and other support staff were friendly, warm and caring. Thank you so much everyone!!!

Best experience - customer service was the best I’ve experienced at a veterinary clinic. Each team member was efficient and pleasant from the minute we walked in. This will be our home vet - very exceptional in providing service.

I absolutely loved how smoothly everything ran. Everyone communicated with each other perfectly about the patients and each other. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My dog was seen for an emergency and they got her in very quickly. I felt extremely comfortable having her under their care. I was thoroughly impressed with everything. It would be nice if you could provide a list of prices on basic procedures ---- I know I can always ask for anything specific, but to know up ahead would have been helpful. I don t think I m the only one who would appreciate a list of common procedures and their price (knowing they could change....).

The vet and all the staff were so friendly and got me back there quickly as my one cat panics and likes to meow a little loud. I so do appreciate all the kindness and professionalism of your staff

We were referred to AMC of Surprise by our regular Vet as they were over booked and unable to see our dog King for an emergency visit due to a recurring ear hematoma. AMC took us in the same day and even called to move the appointment to an earlier time in anticipation of a needed surgical procedure to ensure there would be sufficient time for the surgery and recovery afterwards. The clinic is over 40 miles from where we live, but I wouldn t hesitate to utilize AMC of Surprise again for non-emergency care as we were throughly pleased with the care King received.

My husband and I were beyond impressed with our experience. We brought our puppy in because she had been limping pretty bad and we were seen very quickly. All of the staff we spoke to were VERY friendly and the young lady that sat by the door was constantly cleaning. I even complimented her for doing such an incredible job. We have always have bad experiences going to vets and loathe going but this vet was very different and even though it is much much further from our home we will be coming here for all of our future visits. Absolutely LOVE this Vet and have already recommended them to several people.

I was seen at my exact appt time, the staff was patient with my cat and helpful to me, and the appointment was quick/reasonably priced for the care provided.

Although Milo becomes extremely stressed during his appointment we are grateful for the attentive and patient care he receives. It was busy when we arrived but Milo was taken to a room right away. He does much better when he is removed from the other pets. Due to his heightened stress level we will give him the anxiety meds that were prescribed for his future appointments. Hopefully they also help during thunder storms. Based on our observations Milo’s severe pancreatitis issue either stemmed from or was exacerbated by stress. The prescription diet plan seems to be working well and he likes it. We believe Milo will continue to improve in large part because of the quality of care he receives at Animal Medical Center of Surprise.

Zero s technician did a great job treating him and keeping him calm. It was the most relaxed he s ever been during a vet visit.

AMC of Surprise is the only place I will take my cats. They are all on Petly Plans and I find the plans very affordable. Great frontend staff, nurses and Veterinarians.

Your techs are just amazing.so sweet and kind to me and my pup and super knowledgeable. The docs are excellent, and the front desk staff are pleasant and efficient.

I truly love how I know every single time I come I will be in and out in 15 min. There is no better feeling than knowing you don’t have to sit for long periods of time waiting to get to a room, waiting to see the doctor, to have shots given. Always so happy with how quickly I’m in and out

Staff was empathetic, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. It was also evident that they love animals.

Dr Sweeney was very thorough. I liked Dr Cruz but she did not do such a good exam..she just wanted the X-ray to tell what was wrong. Sweeney actually accessed by puppy very well and then used the X-ray to see if things looked better. Thank you. I know docs have different techniques so I just appreciated the more thorough one

This place was amazing they squeezed my baby boy in when I was losing hope and it was an emergency situation. They saved my son. I am forever grateful and thankful they helped us. My boy Poe is doing so good because of them and I truly cannot thank this place enough
