have a private area to discuss financial situations, I had one and got a room but it was 1st discussed at counter. I don t care about what folks think of me, but other folks may be more sensitive and could use better discretion and privacy.

I always have a good experience here. Dropped my baby off for an EKG and they gave him more x rays and a blood test with no notice, at my request, since the EKG was (thankfully) good. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Always a good experience.

It took longer to get an appointment than I would have liked. I would have needed to pay fee to get an urgent appointment

As always, we were well taken care of by the entire staff. We do miss Dr P and Karen.

Love this place so much and they take the time with each animal. My moca chihuahua barked until the vet took her and got her nails trimmed and now she is going in to have dental surgery.

I am glad that I got to see the origional Doctor that first saw our Cosmo and Kizzi. I realize that sometimes that is impossible but conflicting advise is confusing when seeing multiple doctors. I highly regard Dr. Perez and her technician Vonn. Thank you.

Professional and friendly! The care given to Sapphire, and my other cats always exceeds expectations. My animals are seen exclusively by Animal Medical Center of Surprise, and always will be!

First time using this vet office for an emergency visit (eye injury to my dog). I was able to get an appt within a couple hrs of calling on a Sunday. Upon arrival I was ushered into an exam room. Tech came in within a few minutes to get info before vet stepped in. Diagnosis and treatment were timely and efficient. Appreciated that I was informed at phone call of the emergency fee ($150) and not nickel and dimed for every procedure done. They are well staffed here, especially for a Sunday. If I lived closer this would be my vet of choice.

I was given an appointment within a half hour. They were great.
