The care taken with my precious Miss Alice was perfection, and I’m deeply grateful.

Very nice and attention to detail. I had just moved to Palm Springs and they did a thorough check up on my dog.They were able to get his records from our previous vet. They did have medicines and supplies available to sell at reasonable prices but they weren’t the same brand I had been getting. They were very open about looking around for a better price for flea and tick or other things my dog needed. And they would send confirmation of a prescription to wherever that was. They definitely made you feel like they cared about your pet as much as you do.

Top notch all around, from initial contact through the website, emails, reception, tech and vet. Thank you!

Appreciated getting an appointment next day

I have requested an email with the estimated cost of Murphy’s upcoming surgery (scheduled for 2/13) on THREE separate occasions (once in person and twice over the phone) and still have not received.

Pepper loves Dr. Chang! Everyone in the office is so very nice and accommodating. John is great on the phone and helpful getting appointments. Glad we’re back! FYI we had a not so pleasant experience with a Dr. Kim and left for quite some time. She wanted to sedate my “vicious” cats before treating them for allergies/sneezing. My cats have NEVER been sedated for an office visit anywhere. Left and didn’t return until we found out Dr. Chang has come back.

I’m a new client and for my first time in your clinic I was impressed. I left with a good feeling that my dogs will be well taken care of.

Everyone at PS Animal Hospital was very nice and helpful. We were able to get an appointment quickly which we really appreciated -- other vets we called advised us to go to an emergency vet, even though it was a Thursday afternoon. Dr. Heinein is so nice and we were very relieved that our sweet little dog wasn t seriously injured. We will make Palm Springs Animal Hospital and Dr. Henein our regular vet.

We were treated with the urgency our pet needed with a follow up call the next morning. They made us feel our pet was in the best of care. Can t say enough about the caring staff. Highly recommend them.
