Always a pleasure to visit the hospital. Gabby saw my cat Rusty for a tech visit and she s his favorite. She s totally efficient, competent, courteous, and professional. The other staff are all equally pleasant and fun.

Everyone there is amazing. Thank you for takin such good care of our pup.

I feel that your prices are almost unaffordable to the average pet owner.The attention my dog received was excellent and your follow up calls to check on how she was doing were wonderful and genuine I was pleasantly surprised.

The AC in the lobby didn’t seem to be working. Everybody was very friendly and helpful though and all in all it was a great experience.

True professionals who went out of their way to talk me through my pet crisis, saw my pet within one hour. Their receptionist was awesome on telephone, Dr Chang and Joh the Vet Tech examined and treated Spencer. Follow up in 3 weeks. Palm Springs Animal Hospital will have ALL my pet care needs. All food and treats along with annual shots. They also have a laboratory on site for certain tests plus a pet pharmacy.

Jordan was an amazing assistant and of course Dr. Henein is wonderful!

I was so impressed with the staff, my experience at the office and the follow-up to see how my dog was doing. If I lived in the area, this is definitely where I would take my dog. I am from out of town and was so thankful for getting an appointment within an hour of calling. Thank you so much.

You guys used to put towels down on the cold stainless steel surfaces in the exam rooms. It’s really cold, and not conducive to kitties wanting to come out of their carriers. I’d reimplement this—or at least offer it to customers who would appreciate it.

The service was superb. However, the individual prices for a visit,2 minutes to extricate anal glands and the price of scripts is exhorbitant! How does the average household afford to have pets?

Very pleased with appointment

I could not be happier with the care shown to me and my pup, Murphy. John and Dr Henein couldn t have been more wonderful and understanding of the situation and I owe them so much.

First time in. No waiting around for the appointment to start. Handled my skittish dog with kid gloves so I thought it went very well.

John called the morning after our appointment to see how Toby was doing and to see if I had any questions which was a very nice surprise. I really appreciated the care and attention we received during our appointment and after as well.

Way too expensive
