Have complete confidence in Dr. Heinen and his staff. Haven t been there in a while as I got a new dog, but I believe Randy was there and recognized us too. Have been going to that vet location since old Dr. Salk was there - over 50 years.

Great team! My cat was well cared for, and I felt the providers took my concern seriously. I arrived early to my appointment and was seen 15-20min after my scheduled appointment time.

The staff here is amazing. They are all compassionate and at the top of their game.

Everything is so expensive

Thank you for seeing Cali so promptly. Although the price of the X-ray was more than we expected, we wanted to ensure she had not broken anything. :) We also appreciate being able to call reception when Cali’s meds run out (without making a dr. appointment) for a quick refill of her pain medication. :) That is awesome! Thanks.

I am extremely grateful that the technician immediately took Vigo to the back and that the vet knew what to do because they saved his life. Thank you for your kindness.

Vet tech brought me & my dog into exam room and immediately took out thermometer to take dog s temperature. Seems like a few minutes of getting to know the dog (and the dog owner) to put both at ease would go along way to building rapport with both. Rest of visit was handled pleasantly and efficiently. Appreciate follow up call the next day.

No suggestions

When the veterinarian has a emergency, it would be nice if the receptionist let the people know. We waited 45 minutes passed appointment time and had to ask if they forgot about us. We were informed at that time of emergency. Staff was very pleasant but should of let us know about delay.

Dr Henein s thorough examination saved my dog s life. While initially coming in for an ear infection, he correctly diagnosed a tumor, operated and removed it immediately, noting that it had already partially ruptured.

All staff were great except the female receptionist was rude

Wish there was some sort of payment plan you offer. Especially with the high cost of vet care.

Wonderful and friendly staff

I honestly feel so price gouged. I opted to do only an X-ray and not a blood panel because I couldn t afford both. When I left, I was shocked by the bill but was too embarrassed to say anything. I don t understand why you didn t inform me of the high fees for the fluid, the fluid lesson, and the lactulose. I looked online and the fluid drip I was charged almost $80 for is a $9 item. I didn t know I would be charged an additional $28 to be shown how to use it. And the lactulose solution you charged me $73 for is $15 online. I could have put that money toward a blood panel and that would have been much better for Sparrow. I feel really disappointed.

My experience at the clinic was satisfying. It s been a few days, and i m disappointed to say the diagnosis and treatment my cat received must have been inaccurate and ineffectual. I was told the problem stemmed from a flea infestation. However, no actual fleas were found at the clinic only signs indicating a possible presence, or by me at home afterwards. The prescribed treatment seems to be causing my cats fur to fall out, and the incessant itching has not improved at all, which is very frustrating and discouraging
