It was a bit confusing to get two completely different treatment suggestions from one doctor on Wednesday than the one seen Friday

I was told that a tech would call me the next day to follow up with how my dog was doing but never received a call. Otherwise, I m very satisfied.

Alicia at the front desk was very nice and helpful and made sure that our visit for my dog was a great one. The Vet was very nice and to the point. Basically every staff member that I spoke to were all so friendly.

I can t figure out how to rate the above items. Can t get the mouse to move for anything lower than excellent. The waiting room is almost uncomfortably too warm. I like it when the and doctor and assistant look at ME to ask a question rather than at the computer. I felt like I was not present in the room. The staff and doctors were very hurried and rushed. I felt like I should let them get back to others and not bother with any minor concerns I had..

I’ve been a client of PSAH for over 22 years and have seen many changes.. The past has been a challenge for veterinarians and their Client’s.. PSAH is on the road back to becoming a top notch animal hospital . The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable.. Front desk Randy and John seem like they’ve been there forever.. Dr Henin and his crew of Dr’s are absolutely the best. All the Vet Tech’s and backup support are gentle and kind.. in fact everyone is..
